Tessa Rose and Nina Dobrev Spend Halloween Together
Actress Nina Dobrev and best friend, Actress Tessa Rose attended a close friend's Halloween party this evening. Tessa seemed to have went without her boyfriend Ian Somerhalder but no worries! She told one of our camera men "Ian had to work late tonight so I came with his cousin who lives down here in Covington and Nina's just inside."
I guess Tessa's accepted in Ian's family.

Aren't they just rocking their outfits? This year Tessa Rose went dressed up as the late Amy Winehouse who died in 2011 whereas Nina Dobrev went as a hot belly dancer. If you ask us they definitely nailed their costumes this year.
