Today, May 5th 2014 as we all know is the Met Gala. This years theme was: Charles James: Beyond Fashion. Many celebrities have attended such as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Blake Lively and Ryan Renolds, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift...you name it! But one new face tonight is none other than Tessa Rose!! Yes, that's right. Tessa made it to the Met Gala for her first time along with her fiancé, Ian Somerhalder who would now be attended for the second time as last time he came with ex-girlfriend Nina Dobrev in 2012. Ian has really been taking all of his girls to the Met, huh? Dobrev did attend last year but looks like this year it's Tessa's turn to shine. It's no surprise though as in the past year Tessa has made her way up to stardom from starring in two different shows, releasing an album and becoming a new mama! So much good has happened to her recently but now let's take a peak at what Tessa's look for Beyond Fashion is:

Tessa entered the building wearing a dress by none other than Donna Karan. It was a long black gown with a low cut v-line on the chest letting her show the perfect amount of skin while still looking elegant.
Funny enough, when her best friend Nina Dobrev attended the Met Gala in 2012 she also wore a Donna Karan gown:
