The Killer Duo// Mattheo Riddle

Part 20

This whole summer has been boring. I've been assigned to train with Bellatrix Lestrange for my fire powers. At first, we hated each other but now she is more like a mother to me than anything else,

"Today you're going to practice," she said

"That's what I've been doing all summer, I've practiced on multiple Death Eaters," I said, I didn't mind using my powers on the Death Eaters, they deserve it.

"Today is different, you're going to practice on me," she said fiercely

"No I refuse," I said, she glared at me then raised her wand

"Crucio" she yelled, I put up my arms and a fire shield appeared, the spell bounced back but Bellatrix blocked it. She smiled at me then started throwing random spells at me, I finally had enough so I threw fire at her. Once I got tired I stopped and she looked impressed, Bellatrix never looks impressed so I'll take it.

"You're leaving tomorrow with Mattheo," she said walking away

"What?" I asked, Riddle has been gone for the whole summer, he has been helping his father while I have been with Bellatrix at the Malfoy Manor. The Malfoys have been in Venice, Italy for the summer.

"You heard me the first time" she snarled and walked out of the room. Great.

The next day

I sat at breakfast all alone, I was eating when I heard the entrance doors open.

"Where is she" I heard a commanding voice

"My Lord she's at breakfast" I heard Bellatrix say

"Go" I heard the voice that belonged to The Dark Lord say, I went back to eating and soon I heard footsteps nearing and heard the doorknob turning. The door opened and in came, Riddle? He had grown, you could see he had gotten more muscular and he had grown a lot taller. His hair still looked fluffy as ever, and he still had a scar on his face. When he saw me he froze.

Mattheos POV

"Go," said father as he nodded his head towards the Dining Room, I walked towards the door and turned the doorknob. When I opened the door, I looked around for Blackwood. I turned my head and saw her sitting at the table with bacon, eggs, and toast on a plate in front of her. She looked up and we both froze, her hair had gotten longer and her face was more full and defined than 2 months ago. She stood up out of her chair and grabbed her plate then started walking towards the kitchen, her body had gotten more curved too. I didn't look at her ass though, that would be disrespectful and disgusting.

Emerald POV

I grabbed my plate and walked out of the dining room towards the kitchen. Once I got to the kitchen I saw Hokey mopping the floors.

"Here you go Hokey," I said handing him the rest of the food off my plate, he looked at me with grateful eyes and started eating

"You're nicer towards the elves than to humans" Mattheo grumbled, Hokey and I looked up and froze.  Hokey stopped eating while I stared at Riddle,

"Hokey will you take your food into the dining room please" I whispered as he nodded then I smiled as he walked out

"House-elves are not the same as us," Riddle said to me

"We all are different that does not make them any more different" I snarled at him

"Have we gotten feisty over the summer?" He asked in a mocking tone

"Shut up," I said through my gritted teeth

"Pathetic" he scoffed as I grabbed a knife on the counter and held it up to his throat, he smiled as I looked at him with a confused face.

"Haven't I've missed you and our arguments?" he said as he twisted me making me be pushed against the wall

"Still not good at fighting I see," he said smirking, but the smirk dropped when I burned his hand and he backed up

"I'm good at burning through" I smirked as I walked out of the kitchen into the dining room, I saw Hokey had done finished the plate and had left. I walked to my room and grabbed my little green velvet bag that I had placed an extension charm on the night before. Riddle walked into my room and I looked at him like he was crazy,

"What are you doing in my room?" I asked as he ignored the question and looked at my bag

"You're carrying that?" He asked chuckling to himself

"It has an extension charm on it," I said

"A what on it?" He asked confused as I grabbed a book on charms and slapped it on the back of his head

"Read pg. 94" I commanded as he looked at me then opened the book.

Mattheos POV

Can not believe she's carrying that small little bag. What would she fit in there? I flipped through the book until I got to page 94,

The Extension Charm[1] (Capacious extremes)[1] was a charm that expanded the internal dimensions of an object without affecting the external dimensions, enhancing its capacity, and rendering its contents lighter. This charm was advanced magic and heavily controlled by the Ministry.[1]

I stopped there and looked up at her, " So you fit everything in there" I asked trying not to sound confused

"Yes, yes I did now get out," she said

"Well we have to leave," I said leaning against the door

"When?"

"Now," I said as she groaned then grabbed her small little bag and stood in front of me

"What," I asked her as she crossed her arms over her chest

"You're in my way," she said before pushing me aside with her shoulder

Emeralds POV

I walked down the hall with Riddle behind me, we arrived downstairs where nobody was.

"Where are they?" I asked confused

"They left, we are on our own," he said as he grabbed my hand and apparated. My belly twisted and I landed on my knees on a pile of sand. I looked up and saw we were at a beach?

"Why are we at a beach?" I asked confused

"We think they are in this forest," he said pointing making me look at the woods that stretched all along the beach. Great, we have to search this whole thing, together.
