~ 3rd Person POV ~ "okay what's going on?!?" Ash huffed at seeing his friend or what he thought was his friend Meowth capture Pichu "nothing going on pal, we're just gonna borrow Pichu for a bit" the Cat Pokémon chuckled as they left, the ravennette tried catching up but failed
"were did they go?" he frowned
Meanwhile a blue haired girl exited a Pokémon Center "I'm glad you're better Piplup" she chimed at the Proud Pokémon "Piplup!" he chimed happily as they started walking off to Professor Rowan's lab since the Professor has many throughout the region and always varies where he will be staying
"Gary!" Ash called the researcher startled and stressed "what's wrong?" Gary replied not liking the tone of his boyfriend "Pichu's been kidnapped!" he sobbed "what? How?!?" Gary hopped off the couch "that talking Meowth who called you earlier, he did it along with two other people" he sniffled "okay Ash calm down, take a deep breath" Gary said calmly as the boy obeyed "okay, go to the nearest police station okay? Maybe they can help you, no matter what don't panic, I'm sure Pichu will return to you safe and sound" Gary said as gentle as he could "okay, thank you" Ash sniffled as he hung up
He took a deep breath and started running as an Aipom looked at him worried as he ran that's when the Aipom decided to go after him in hopes to maybe help the boy out
As Ash kept running without knowing the Aipom was behind him Dawn was now approaching the woods that'll lead her to the lab, while pushing her bike with Piplup in the basket "this is exciting Piplup! We'll finally meet Professor Rowan!" the bluenette squealed from excitement "Piplup!" the Piplup cheered
As the bluenette looked ahead she saw as a Pichu was wobbling then collapsed on the ground "oh my!" she ran to the Pichu as Piplup followed "can you hear me?" she brought the Pichu in her arms "Pi . . . chu" it said weakly "okay, Piplup hop on!" she said as she got onto her bike and started peddling to the Professor's lab
"there you are!!!" Ash scowled as he saw the trio with a broken machine bolted with electricity "it's the twerp!" Jessie said then scanning how torn up the boys clothes were from all the vines and sharp twigs in the woods "look kid we don't have your Pichu he escaped" James said with a sigh of failure "James!" Jessie and Meowth retorted "oh come on, we won't impress the boss it's a curse" he sighed once more
