"Hes alright. He overdosed on suppressants. Are you his mate?" The nurse updated the very worried soobin sitting on the bench outside of hueningkais room.

"Then-the blood?" Soobin stood, politely asking.

"He hurt himself falling, its probably from a piece of furniture. I need to know if he has a mate, or a family i can contact."

Soobin didnt really know hueningkais family, so he went with the alternative.

"Yes. Im his mate, our marks wore off today." Soobins acting was immpeccable, because the nurse wasnt doubtful at all, which made soobin kind of giddy.

"Youre very lucky to have found your fated mate so young. If you dont mind, marking him would quicken his recovery. Itll boost his omega traits in response to his alpha." The nurse happily invited soobin into the hospital room where hueningkai was being treated.

Soobin follwed quickly, grabbing the nurses arm gently to get her attention again. "Wait, what did you say about fated mates?"

The nurse felt like she just ruined a big surprise, covering her mouth. "Im so sorry, i thought you knew...."

Soobin had read about all the fated mates special day of finding out they were, but he was happy he found out this way. It meant he had been right, he wasnt crazy hueningkai did feel different.

"Its alright!!! How did you find out?? On a scan?" Soobin was curious, looking down at hueningkai in a happy lighting.

"Oh, we can usually tell by their heart rate, and pheremones....everytime you said something in the hall earlier, even though he was unconsious, his body reacted." The nurse tried not to smile too hard at the cute alpha, doing a happy dance and covering his happy face.

"Wow, he did? To me?" Soobin got ao lost in finding out they were fated mates that he forgot why he came in.

"Im sorry to ruin your moment....but could you mark him? If you do, he ciuld regain conciousness fast and tell me what happened. It may have been a suicide attempt..." the nurse darkened the mood.

"No. Hueningkai would never do that, he'll have an explanation..." soobin leaned down to the bed and brushed hueningkais hair back off of the nape of his neck.

It was a little embarrassing to do in front of someone, but soobin knew the nurse had to be there to monitor.

Hueningkai jolted awake upon the sharp bite into his neck, back aeching up as he tried to adujst, identify, and figure out where he was.

Soobin held hueningkais arms down gently, keeping him from flailing. Hueningkai smelled whos alpha scent it was and gradually relaxed under his grasp.

The nurse monitored his vitals as the makr set in, and watched his omega hormones skyrocket.

"Hell be fine now, you can stop." The nurse smiled when soobin pulled away and gently reassured his mate, stroking his hair and laying beside him.

"Its just me.....you were in trouble...." soobin was casually hinting why he had to mark him, while avoiding the nurse finding out they werent actually mates before this.

"Ill leave you two to talk then." The nurse made sure his vitals were good, took a slight bow, and left the room, closing the door on her way out.

"You overdosed on suppresant? Hueningkai....if anythings upsetting you-" soobin didnt waste a second trying to help whatever made hueningkai do such a thing.

"No! I didnt.....just- you said to do something to be wary in front of alphas, and beomgyu had suppresant, so....i did something about it." Hueningkai hug his head, ashamed.

Soobin choked on his breath, glazing his eyes with regret and covering his mouth as to not make a sound of defeat.

"No kai....not...not like that. Please dont ever try something like that without making sure you know what youre doing....if i hadnt checked on you, youd be-" soobin bit his lip, pulling hueningkai in for a hug.

"Im sorry..." hueningkai hugged soobin back, reassuring him that it wasnt intentional.

The sun had risen, after yeonjun stayed up last night messaging soobin about hueningkai being safe and in the hospital, they felt better.

Theres really an asshole, no- multiple assholes- who would do such a thing?

Yeonjun snarled at the TV, watching the news of another omega found dead. A commercial came on, one about finding him ironically. His parents acted as if he got kidnapped too.

Beomgyu made a small whimper in his sleep, gripping the blanket. The sun hadnt bothered him, but he still stirred.

"Mom..." was all yeonjun could understand from beomgyus incoherent mumbling.

It made him sad thinking that beomgyu was dreaming of his mom, but couldnt see her. She didnt even know her son was alive. He wondered how long beomgyu had been missing before declared dead.

Yeonjun decided to get his phone out, having an idea to get information without prying into beomgyus emotions. He opened youtube and went to the news channels reporting on the missing omega cases.

Scrolling down until he recognized a name. "Young boy Choi Beomgyu, 16, found dead." He clicked the video, watching that days report.

Yeonjun got chills reading the articles on this supposedly dead boys murder, when he was sleeping so softly next to him.

It also made him angry, as his alpha, he felt protectiveness kicking in.

Why havent they caught these people? Is it that easy to frame a dead bodies identity?

Yeonjun saw the choi family's old contact page for information, pondering on something as he watched his temporary mate lay on his pillow.

Yeonjun stood, grabbing his things as quietly as possible, unlocking the numerous locks beomgyu had, and writing on a sticky note that he went out to get food for lunch.

They couldnt exactly go to school in the conditions...
