A/N: sorry for the late update, ive been spending time with my family.

"six more days....he wouldve been safe just six more days....how did dong hyun even escape prison??!" Soobin held his head in his clutches, getting physically sick from being separated from his mate unvoluntarily.

"You know....i wouldnt be surprised if it were an inside job....think about how they managed to stage the bodies of the omegas, werent the police the ones giving a report on it? The rats had to of found a loophole." Taehyun offered support, but it hardly helped.

Soobin could do nothing, there was no scent, hueningkai wouldnt respond to him in his head, and donghyun was no where to be found.

"Please warn yeonjun and beomgyu....in fact, can they come here?....if they get taken by hyun su somehow-" soobin shook his head, voice giving out in defeat.

"Shh, i will....just- dont lose hope okay? Keep talking to him in your head, he might reply. Well find him hyung...." taehyun frowned, standing to call yeonjun.

Yeonjun held a finger up to his father, telling him to give him a moment as he lifted his cell phone to his ear.

"Hey, its me, Taehyun. Youre not going to like what im going to say, so sit down." Tarhyun warned over the phone.

"What? No just tell me, youre scaring me more." Yeonjun furrowed his eyebrows, making worried eye contact with his father, who was curious who called.

"Dong hyun lured out Hueningkai....he has him. Dont call the cops- i think they have people who helped them fake the omega bodies there....are you with beomgyu? Stay with him, alright?they cant lure him out, but they still might be after him..." taehyun waited for an answer to make sure yeonjun was still sane.

"Oh god- beomgyu...." yeonjuns voice was just a little under a terrified whisper, dropping his phone and bolting over the couch, frantically opening his door.

Yeonjuns heart raced seeing the empty bed, window open.

"NO!!! GIVE HIM BACK!! GOD- GODDAMMIT!!" yeonjun was so pissed that he failed again and let beomgyu convince him to leave him.

"ILL KILL YOU HYUN SU!!" yeonjun lifted the chair beside the door, smashing it on the floor.

"ILL FUCKING KILL YOU!!" yeonjun kicked his leg into his dresser, knocking over a mirror on accident.

"Aahg-!" Yeonjun hissed, holding his right hand, which a shard of glass injured. This only made him more frustrated.

"I just- ....cant i be in a relationship in peace??!! What did i do to deserve this?!!!" Yeonjun stared at his bloody hand, gritting his teeth.

His father paused in his doorway, when yeonjun yelled he had come as fast as lighting, but felt awful seeing his son like this.

Especially when he saw beomgyu from the bathroom door, looking at yeonjun with a horrified shocked expression.

He backed out of the doorway, closing the door when he saw beomgyu take a step forward, leaving them in peace this time.

"Junnie?-.." beomgyu asked with a quivering voice, stepping over to him  trying to avoid glass in his feet.

Yeonjun twisted around so fast, flashing his pretty ice blue alpha eyes at the sound of his mate.

He couldnt even tell if he was more embarrassed or relieved to see beomgyu was still there.

"I- I just went to the bathroom....is everything ok?...." beomgyu jolted a bit when yeonjun shot up to a stand, carefully hugging beomgyu, not squeezing his injuries.

"Im sorry- i just really want to be a good alpha for you....this situation is....making it hard...and terrifying..." yeonjun leaned his chin on beomgyus shoulder, relaxing with his scent.

"Im sorry....you werent stable enough to be in such a stressful situation like this.....you can cry...alphas cry too." Beomgyu rubbed circles on his back, feeling his breath hitch on his neck.

"Dont say it like im sick or something....it wasnt from before- hyun su and donghyun escaped....taehyun thinks its an inside job."

Beomgyu pulled away, having to look yeonjun in the eyes to make sure he wasnt lying.

"So- you were worried about-..." beomgyu grew scared now too, not letting go of yeonjuns shirt.

Yeonjun nodded, wiping the one tear that managed to escape from his cheek.

"Im not trying to be the perfect alpha anymore....it wasnt that, i just thought that you were going to be killed." Yeonjun smiled, chuckling at it now that beomgyu was in front of him.

"But this- this isnt just fear jun....whats wrong? Honestly? " beomgyu gestured to the broken furniture everywhere.

Soobin muttered it like a mantra in his head, worried that any second he wasnt saying it, hueningkai would listen.

He picked up another shirt from hueningkais floor, throwing it in the hamper.

It had been a whole 24 hours, and soobin had gotten to the point he was cleaning hueningkais room for him.

"This is only making it worse you know...." taehyun sighed, watching soobin mope around kais room, cleaning.

"You know what tae? You lose your mate to another guy twice, see his death report, and feel even more like a weak alpha. Then you can tell me what to do." Soobin didnt intend to sound as mean as he did, but it had slipped.

Ouch

"What?...." taehyun was hurt. Visibly creasing his eyes in a little pain. He was a beta, so he couldnt feel like a weak or strong anything. He was just there.

"Tae...i didnt mean it like that- im...im sorry." Soobin caught himself, hugging a hoodie to his face to calm himself down with the faint scent of hueningkai on it.

"You know....if i could physically ger signs to find my fated mate....id do anything. Im sorry youve been through a lot soobin. I only had to watch people slander my mixed school, and hurt my only friends. Ill check up on you later...." taehyun shook his head, trying his best to not let his emotions make them fight. With that said, he left.
