Leapt || Jungkook x Reader

Part 1

Running through the crowd, I somehow managed not to bump into somebody but eventually failed when I was about reach the class. It was a guy, wearing a large hoodie. Let me just say that he bumped into me. I groaned when my pouch fell and my stationary fell out of it.

I expected that guy to help me out with the trouble he caused or at least apologize but when I glanced at his direction, he was already gone. I quickly grabbed my things and entered the class. Fortunately, Mr. Lee wasn't in the class till now.

I straight up went to Lisa's bench, panting. "That was close." She said as she looked behind me and I saw Mr. Lee entering. I sat on my bench. To my surprise, Mr. Lee wasn't alone, that guy from before was beside him. So he'll be in a our class? What a pain.

"So everyone, this is the new transfer student I mentioned about yesterday." Did he mention about a transfer student yesterday? I don't remember though.

The guy looked here and there until he eyes locked with mine. He immediately averted his gaze. What's the matter with him? Why he acting like a newly wed girl? I rolled my eyes.

And unfortunately, when I did that Mr. Lee saw me. He eyed me but didn't say anything to me but to that guy. "Okay, please introduce yourself."
Mr. Lee said and the guy nodded. "My name is Jeon Jungkook. I am from Busan." 

His introduction was quite fast. He seemed rather uninterested. "Okay, you can sit now." Mr. Lee said and Jungkook made his way to the empty seat, near the window. I remember how much I wanted to have a seat near window but Mr. Lee never let me. He exactly knows that if I sit near the window, my attention would fly out of the window.

I don't blame him for it though. Mr. Lee then started teaching us.

Me and Lisa both sat together in the cafeteria. We both were eyeing the same guy. No, not Jungkook but Taehyung. He's been tailing Jungkook and Jungkook doesn't seem to be interested in talking to him.

We thought if we keep staring at Taehyung, he will see us and understand our message and join us but we gave up. He didn't even spare a glance at us. Nice.

When we want him to be quiet or go away, he would never do that and now when we want him to come, he's ignoring the fact that we even exist.

"Hey, what do you think about the newbie?" Lisa asked. And I shrugged my shoulders. "Nothing but he seems bored and uninterested in like... everything." I said. Then the scene from the morning replayed in my head and I was about to speak but ended up choking on food.

I heard Lisa chuckling, well, of course, I would also do the same. "Now speak." She said. I gulped the food down and took a sip of water. "You know what? He bumped into me this morning and didn't even apologise and I was running so late." I finally said. "Well, he must he worried about his own transfer and first day stuff."

I scoffed, "First day? I can see how excited he is." I sarcastically commented. "Excited or not, he still looks so damn fine." She said. "Yeah, yeah. I won't argue about that." Yeah, truly, he is not bad looking. I could now see Taehyung walking towards us.

"Hey, kiddos." He greeted. "Seems like the alien is back on the planet." I said and we both chuckled. He didn't reply but sat down. "So how's he?" Lisa asked about Jungkook. "Well..." Taehyung trailed off. "He is quite reserved but not a bad guy, I would say." He ended.

"By the way, you two missed me, huh? I could see you staring at me every now and then." He said in a teasing voice which was rather annoying for us. I looked at Lisa and she looked at me and then we both said in unison.

"Yeah, we love our alien."
