We got to the hospital my dad had a chest injury which I knew would not be good considering he still has lung cancer even thought it's been getting better .
"Is there any updates on Owen strand ?" I asked the front desk lady nervously
" the answer hasn't changed since 2 minutes ago he is still is in surgery are you sure I can't call someone to stay with you ?" she asked noticing that the waiting chairs were empty
"No I'm okay thanks .." I said going to sit down I told the team that they can leave because it would be along time before a update and they still had to finish the shift so here I sat alone
