"Tk strand your fathers surgery's done ." The nurse called
I quietly shook Tk
"Hmm?" He asked rubbing his eyes
"Hey they got a update on you dad ."
"We were able to get it all he's officially cancer free you can go and see him ." She said
We walked back to his room
"Hey dad how are you feeling?"Tk said standing at the bottom of his bed as I stood next to him
"Pretty good actually."
"Carlos thank you for coming."
"My pleasure."I said
" the nurse said you'll be off for 4 days to recover and then you can go back to work ." Tk said
"But I feel fine ." Owen pleaded
"That's the anesthesia talking ." Tk said looking at me making me laugh
