Within the entire population, Betas and Omegas are much more common as males and females in the entire continent. Alphas are heavily scarce among the Clans, especially within the Demon Clan and soon they no longer exist.
Until one day, a man known...
For the first time, the Demon King decided to put Byleth and Bella out in the battle. Even though his mates were against it and tried to get their father to reconsider this, the King stayed firm to his choice. And so, Byleth and Bella are out in the battlefield literally fighting for their lives against the Goddess Clan.
At times though, they were in charge of taking outposts of their territories to which the Demon Clan claims as their own. During those times, they would be raided and the Twins, along with the demons with them, had to ward the Allied Clans out. Very rarely, they would lose to the Allied Clans and the losses would be the result of the Four Archangels interfering.
Byleth and Bella may be powerful, close to the Ten Commandments tier, but even they knew that facing the elite forces of the Goddess Clan would be risking their life. Which is why sometimes, the Demon Army are forced to retreat when they appeared. And that would usually pisses off Byleth, because he felt like he failed and disappointed his Omegas.
That's why he would push himself in training to get better with his sister. It's when he realized something was amiss with himself. There are times where he felt like there's something within him that's locked and in slumber. He thought it was the full potential of his demonic power, but quickly realized it wasn't.
Because he could've swore he sensed holy magic within him for a second before it was gone and overwhelmed by his demonic powers. Something that greatly resembles the magic of the Goddess Clan, but completely different and much more... potent in power and ancient.
He asked his parents about it, but he would be confused when suddenly Sitri's face would turn pale and Jeralt gave him narrowed eyes. Bella would be confused about this as well, seeing it was just a question. Jeralt pulled him aside, telling him to not ask that question ever again. Though he was confused why, the Alpha decided not to question it.
But it was bothering him, wondering why did his parents react like that. As much as he wanted to tell this to Meliodas and Zeldris, he decided not to since this is a family matter. And whatever it is, it might be something that should be kept between him, his sister, and their parents.

"Infiltrating the Holy Tomb?" Byleth questioned from the report Bella received from the Demon King. His Beta sister nodded, as she crossed her arms while they are gliding through the air with the army following behind closely. Because they are powerful, they are instantly assigned as generals.
"His Majesty mentioned there had been reports of the Holy Tomb being heavily guarded and suspected the Goddess Clan are preparing some sort of weapon. So he wanted us to head over there and destroy it while it's still incomplete." Bella tells her Alphan brother.
"It's a tomb. A place where a dead body is placed in a casket. Why would there be a weapon there?" Byleth questioned with a skeptical look.
"Well, brother. You'd be surprised the number of ridiculous tactics many would pull to cover up their trump card." Bella said, giving her twin a sly yet mysterious smirk on her face. This caused her brother to scoff at that.
"Yeah, alright then." Byleth said with a slight roll of his dark eyes.
He then looks ahead, narrowing his eyes as he and Bella came to a stop. The army behind them also came to a stop, upon the sight of their destination right in front of them miles ahead. The building looked fairly large, as it is made out of white marble.
