Hello, it been awhile!

Um, four months to be exact and I am back!

Yay!

School has been just really kicking my butt and a lot happens within four months...

This time I'll put nice butterflies to represent kind of a new chapter! Yeah? Okay.

Let's get into it.

It's not a good habit to get into it and if you tell yourself these negative things all the time then you'll start to believe it. To the point where you don't what's true or not.

Believe me. I do it and it's not an easy habit to get out of.
Guess what though.

We are both going to our best!
We can do this!

You when you punish someone for what they are doing something wrong, this doesn't tell them how to do it right. This is a good example I got from of the articles I read.

You can't scream at yourself every-time you do something wrong. This is going to have such a negative impact. Which is why we should teach to encourage ourselves instead.

Instead you try and learn  to see what you can do better.

What if this inner voice is right? It doesn't matter. This negative self talk is not within your interest.

There's a number of things you can do about this voice. That I won't list mainly because I don't want to straight copy the article...

The best I can think of is to think of this voice as a little person but like the a mini demon in your head. It's trying to put those bad thoughts about yourself in your head and you are letting it.

So have a cute little angel to defeat it instead filled with positive vibes.

To first defeat this little demon you need to start with

Ha, yeah I know not easy. I would try and set as a daily ritual. Like put in your morning routine or night routine.

Basically just talk to yourself in the mirror and say positive things about yourself.

If it hard for you just sing this song.

If you are non binary or a dude.

Just be like I am man or I am human. There was another version on tiktok for non binary but I don't remember it. Nor can I find it sadly.

Point is you can just sing this yourself everyday if you want to.  I genuinely love this song and the positive vibes it sends. :)))

You can do meditation and repeat the lyrics to yourself too!

Negative self really is just thoughts and feelings so you don't need to let them control your moods or behaviors. (More Headspace just in my own words).

The thing we need to be more kind to ourselves because how will we be kind to others if we aren't even kind to our selves?
