Hello!
So to help stop that negative self talk we can also be kinder to ourselves.
The first step is self compassion.
Being self compassionate isn't telling yourself positive things about yourself. It's about actually doing something for yourself and acting on it.
We can start being kinder to ourselves by
1. Doing self care,
2.Taking a break when you need it,
3. and just enjoying life.It's all simple really.
