So after all that you are probably pumped to go ahead and do something else already. (You know motivated? Ha get it? Okay yeah I'll stop)

So this is for the people who play sports or just genuinely want to be in shape and healthy. I'm the genuinely want to be in shape gal. I just want to be more healthy. Also, is it just me? But does anyone just feel good after some exercise? I'm not entirely sure if this will help people who play sports. I guess if it does. Um your welcome?

Okay, so going into a more serious note. I want to put a

*DISCLAIMER*.

If you just want to get in shape because you want to lose weight and think it'll make you happy. Trust me it won't. If this has nothing to do with feeling shamed for your body and you just want to lose weight because of other reasons. Then that is perfectly okay.

BUT no one,

should feel ashamed of their body. You are beautiful the way you are.♡ Just do what makes you happy.♡

I have been exercising on and off a lot. It's never constant exercise. So, my goal is to exercise almost everyday(almost because everyone needs a break). I'll take a break on weekends and then on weekdays I'll exercise. Maybe I'll just exercise weekends?

Mainly because weekdays I am really tired cause of school and my sleep schedule is messed up right now. :(

Okay so this is just what I personally do.

I make a list of exercises and then I do them (this of which is in my bullet journal). It sounds simple but that's what I do.
