Episode 10.5: The Sleepover

A/N: Before we begin this is a special chapter about what I thought would happen during the sleepover scene in the anime, just know that these stories told in this chapter besides the story where Asuna explains how Kirito gets the name Duel Welding Kirito, come form my imagination so I hope you enjoy this special chapter/Episode!-Serenity

"Alright it all started in a place called Aincrad," Asuna began but before she got into the story Eugeo asked. "Wait is that the same as in the Aincrad Style?" Kirito nodded his head, "Yes, Asuna and I learned the same style in Aincrad but just different versions of it." Eugeo nodded and Asuna got into her story. "It was October 22nd in the year 2024, I get that none of you would understand but that was the date this story happened. You see Kirito and I had partnered up to clear a dungeon on floor 74 in Aincrad, I was a very popular player while Kirito was solo and looked down upon by other players because he played the game during the data test." Asuna said, Ronye raised her hand. "I'm sorry about the question but what's a beta?" Kirito sighed, "A beta is a test where you get to do something before everyone else." she nodded and Asuna continued, "Since Kirito was in the beta, on the first floor players started to call him a beater because they thought that he cheated to beat the boss. The day before being the 21st of October Kirito had found a rare food item and asked me to make it for him since his cooking skill was not as high as mine was." Asuna said with a small smile, 

"Before we could get to the teleport gate another player who was a part of the same guild I was in got into the way, you see I was the vice commander of the strongest guild called the Knights of the Blood Oath. By guild rules I had to get a bodyguard and he was the one in the way, he did not like me being with Kirito so I sent him home and took Kirito to my place. After that day we met up on the 74th floor but I was running a bit late because my bodyguard showed up at my house uninvited so I had to rush so that I could get to Kirito." Asuna said, Kirito was looking at her and smiling as he recalled that time with her,

*Kirito POV*
As Asuna was telling the story I recalled the time where we took on Gleam Eyes on floor 74 with the help of Klein and his friends, and that it also where I displayed my dual wielding skill for the first time.

Klein's guild had gotten the Aincrad Liberation Army's players out of the way safely while Klein, Asuna, and I held off Gleam Eyes but we were going defeat him but nothing we through at him would work so I had no choice but to use the unique skill that I found out I had around 6 months ago. "Asuna, Klein hold him off I have an Idea I just need 10 seconds!" I cried then the two held off the boss as I went through my skills and got ready to activate that skill. "Alright I'm ready!" They moved out of the way and I moved in as I did the sword I had gotten from Liz appeared crossed with my go to sword, I grabbed that swords handle and pulled out then I started to use both swords to hit Gleam Eyes and I started to get faster as I did so. 

Asuna and Klein looked at me like I was crazy, when I was fast enough I cried out the attack. "Starburst Stream!" I then showed them the 50 hit combo, one of the fastest and most effective and unavoidable skills in the whole game. I was able to take out Gleam Eyes and I almost lost my life in the game and IRL during that attack but I survived. I ended up passing out for a few seconds after and when I woke up, I saw Asuna hovering over me with tears streaming down her beautiful face. She was so relieved to know that I was ok, I couldn't help but smile at her, she helped me up and then she hugged me.

It was the day before I confessed to her and married her in-game. I loved her too much to let her go, she made me whole but of course Klein had to ruin it by asking what kind of skill I used and I explained what it was.
*End of Flashback*

*No one's POV*
"And after that day when he told everyone about his new skill he was called dual wielding Kirito, and even after that he always used 2 swords there were only 2 times I remember him only using 1." Asuna said, "Wait, Kirito there is a 50 hit skill in the Aincrad Style?" Eugeo asked, the black haired boy nodded. "But only I can master that skill, you're not ready for that just yet buddy." Kirito said, "Alright now it's my turn, the one I'm going to tell you is about a time where Asuna went through a mental breakdown and that I was the only one who could calm her down." Kirito continued, Asuna could not believe he was telling them that story. She was a little embarrassed about it but she liked the story since it was proof about how much he cares for her.
