SYNOPSIS!

PHOENIX APHRODITE was not of Asgard, in case you couldn't tell by her last name. She wasn't of Norse mythology, instead she was of Greek making her home Mount Olympus. Phoenix loved her home, but when everything turned to chaos, and Mount Olympus became somewhere she no longer wanted to live, she fled. And it hurt her to know that her mother nor father didn't come with her, nor did they care to know where it was that Phoenix was going. It was something that confused her greatly. Her mother was the goddess of love, but I guess motherly love didn't fall under that category.

So, she left. And she traveled from world to world, until she found one with people like her. People that had gods and goddesses as their mothers and fathers. And so Phoenix landed and approached the planet, walking across the rainbow bridge that she had been led across by Heimdall. She was brought to the King of the civilization that was called Asgard, coming face to face with Odin. Phoenix had heard of him, the Greeks knew more about the Norse than they knew about the Greeks, and yet neither had never formally met. They just knew the other existed. So Odin was surprised when the child of Aphrodite and Ares came into his kingdom, requesting a place to stay. And he was hesitant, very hesitant, but when Frigga saw the girl she almost immediately fell in love with her and had convinced her husband to let her stay and live with them. And so, she stayed.

And as she stayed, that's where she met the sons of Odin, one of which was adopted. Though, he didn't know this, she knew. She knew more than she should about the gods and goddesses that roamed Asgard. And she created a friendship with them, her kind smile always playing on her face and her warm and gentle heart always shining through.

It was funny. She was the daughter of the goddesses of love, yet she couldn't recognize what it was to be loved, having been deprived of it for so long. Ares, her father, was the god of war. And war, however, she could do. And she could do it well. She fought and trained, and became a warrior in Odin's army. But when she wasn't fighting, she was in the gardens, smiling gently at all the beautiful flowers that grew around her.

And Thor watched her. He watched her from afar for years upon years, and when he was thrown from Asgard, he missed being able to watch her elegantly walk in the moonlight. And when he came back, he was surprised to see that she had missed him too. And from there, their connection grew. Their love for one another blossomed into something beautiful. And though they were supposed to be legends and stay that way, they made it known to a planet called earth that they actually existed.
