I appeared somewhere else, floating aimlessly in a black space. I looked around for any kind of floor or ceiling, but there was none. It was just space. But all that mattered was that the controller was now around my wrist, so at least I was somewhat human again.

The pixels danced around the screen, so I thought whatever game this is was loading, but I couldn't help but feel uneasy when I couldn't see any ground. Did gravity seriously not work here?

I saw from the blackness a dark blue glow, and then bright white letters stretched across the screen.

Welcome Guests, to the exclusive first look at Disney Universe. System initializing… Virtual worlds loaded…cast bots loaded…costumes loaded…V.I.C. loaded… And while the worlds were being formed, boxes with miscellaneous pictures were in the middle of the screen while it loaded. Then the words disappeared and the bright red numbers stood in the middle of the screen, counting down.

Five. Four. Three. Two. One.

The screen closed horizontally and disappeared into darkness again.

A small blue light burst from the blackness, causing blue pixilated planets to emerge and dot the atmosphere. Blocks were thrown everywhere, and the huge bolded letters of Disney Universe stretched across the screen.

Disney Universe.

I started hearing drums and a little bit of guitar, and the intro music started. I couldn't help but smile at the fun animation that danced in the air, remembering this was one of my favorite games. I didn't play it that much, but I remember beating it, so if I could remember correctly, I could get through this game easily.

I was now floating in the blue pixilated space with the blocks and the planets when a weird floating cube with a face came swooping in from the sky, and floated about five feet in front of me. He was smiling and seemed to be having a good time, so I had no reason not to be, too.

"Greetings!" The cube exclaimed, bouncing in the air. "Welcome to the amazing new world of Disney Universe! I'm your tour guide, VIC - short for Virtual Information Cube." The blocks behind him traveled upward, revealing the world of Agrabah from the movie Aladdin, with Iago, the colorful parrot, flying on a magic carpet into the night sky. "Are you ready to star in some of the greatest Disney adventures of all time?"

"Hell yeah I am!" I answered, but he was gonna keep talking anyway. I was just another rewrite in the game, something to be ignored. The image changed to a pirate ship, which I recognized as the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie, with the characters from that movie on the ship, bouncing around spastically, looking like they've had way too much sugar.

"They're all here - created by our completely safe and dependable system!" VIC exclaimed, and somehow I knew it wouldn't last. The image changed again to Monsters Inc, a movie I remember very little of but still remember watching it. The animated characters were in the door factory, opening a door they had by them and stepping inside, revealing The Lion King world by the savannah they all lived in. The characters examined the tanish area with the towering rocks and grasses before heading off to the next world. "We control everything!" VIC informed, now showing Wall-E's world with the ship and the big robot that looks like a steering wheel. "You'll have all the thrills and chills with absolutely no danger whatsoever!" The area changed back to Aladdin's world, except they were at the palace with the good robots standing guard by an opening out into their world, and the characters just messed with them, but they didn't seem to mind. "Our cast bots will transport you on a journey into the Disney worlds of your dreams!" VIC kept going on and on, and I really wanted to stop paying attention, but the cast bots just waved at the characters as they ran past, laughing and having not a single care in the world. "The bots are completely safe. They couldn't hurt you even if they wanted to!" I laughed as the blue-eyed bots just stood there, happily minding their own business with the characters. I wish life in the real world could be this carefree.
