I guess I was a little sad that I left that game, but I really needed a watch to keep track of the time here. In the games I never knew what time it was, or how long I've been in there. I actually wish I was in the game longer, to stick around for the fight. Roxas wins, but… it'd still be fun to watch.

I sighed in relief as I saw it was still dark outside, only the moon and a few stars dotting any light. I entered the living room quietly, glancing at the clock before heading upstairs. It was three in the morning, but I didn't care. But I did care when I saw Nathan's light on. I approached his room, looking in and saw him reading a book. I stood back silently, ready to go back to my room.

"Kairi." I heard him whisper, making me stop. "Hey, Kairi."

I poked my head in again. Hey, I… couldn't sleep."

"Yeah, I know. You were gone when I checked on you at midnight." He told me, waving me into his room. "Come on, seriously. Where were you?"

"I was playing a game." I answered honestly. I was playing it, sorta…

"Kairi." He growled, standing up and approaching me. "You should at least tell me where you're going so late at night."

"I promise you I'm not going anywhere outside the house." I told him as I backed away from him, his concerned eyes digging into my heart. "Really, I'm not."

"Then why are you trying to hide it?" He snapped, wrapping one hand around my wrist.

"I don't know, I'm not hiding anything!" I whined as I jerked away from him and trudged to my room. I hated fighting with him. We never fought in our life, but suddenly Mom and Dad are gone and he has to provide for us and he's stressed. What could I do?

I got up at a decent time this morning, or at least nobody woke me up. I had to be careful what I did, cause I knew Nathan was trying to watch me as much as he could. But I was able to sneak by him, and even though I'd get in trouble, it'd be worth it down the road.

I entered the office, turned it on, strapped on the remote and I was off, ready for the next game.

I noticed I was in a house. It was small, with crappy appliances and furniture. The animation was getting better, somewhat realistic, but not really. I looked around for the front door, which was planted in the middle of the south wall. I exited, finding myself on the front lawn, and I noticed I was in a neighborhood. I didn't see any other people, or anything living, just me and the houses. I hate to admit, but I… have no idea where I am.

But I was determined to find out.

I approached my neighbor's house, ringing the doorbell. I had to wait a while, but eventually a woman opened it, holding out her hand. She spoke to me in gibberish, which I couldn't understand at all.

"Um, I'm sorry, what?" I asked, but I was taken inside, and the house was somewhat bigger, but not really. "Can you speak English?"

More gibberish, followed by weird blue people pictures above our heads. I laughed as I put the pieces together. People, icons, houses, neighborhood. It was…

Sims.

"Sweet!" I exclaimed as I walked around her house some, finding something to entertain myself. If this really was Sims, and I was pretty sure it was, there had to be stuff everywhere I could mess with, maybe a guitar or a TV or something. Eventually I found a computer, and I started playing on it aimlessly, no matter how many times the woman told me to get up.

Eventually I gave in and she started talking more gibberish to me.

"Sorry, I can't understand you." I told her.

Not only was there gibberish, but it was mad gibberish, and the red people icon showed up above our heads.

"What? What I do?" I asked her, but then she started slapping me around, causing stars to form over my head.

Gibberish gibber-gabber crap I gave up trying to understand.

"Oh yeah?" I asked, jumping on her and breaking into a fight. It caused some sort of smoke to form around us, getting other people's attention. Eventually she came bouncing to the ground, and I was victorious. "Yeah, that's how we do things from the real world."

I left after that, angry with the stupid Sim. Seriously, I just met her and I had a fight? This game was gonna suck if it continued like this…

I walked up to the house across the street from mine, hoping I could get some English somewhere. But then again, this was Sims, and everybody speaks gibberish. I wondered if I should've given this up as a lost cause, but I was determined for a friend. The door opened to a guy, actually kinda cute, so I started talking to him.

"Hi!" I greeted, sticking out my hand. He also spoke gibberish, but he at least had speech bubbles above his head I could see and guess what he meant. It had a house, so I went inside, assuming I could. He closed the door and I walked up to his TV and turned it on, sitting down on the couch. He sat down right next to me, and started gibberishly chatting with me.

"I can't understand you, but whatever." I told him and focused my eyes on the screen, which repeated like every five seconds. He just shrugged and copied me.

eventually I saw the day turn night, so I headed back to my house. It sucked cause I didn't have anything like what my neighbors had, but I opened the paper and searched for a job, seeing what I could do. I picked the one in the Athletic career and suddenly I knew my hours and days, job description and everything. I thought back to my Sims game, was it usually like this? But whatever it was, I crawled into my Sims bed and went to sleep.

I woke up hungry, somewhat smelly, and feeling gross. Needs come first, I guess. So I took a shower and made myself breakfast, but by that time it was already twelve-thirty. For whatever reason, Sims liked big time jumping. Well, that's what we have in common. They time jump, but I game jump. So I stayed for a while longer, at least.

I waited for the carpool came and picked me up, so I changed into some sweats and a T-shirt and I was out the door, running into the car that I was carpooling in. We drove to the stadium, and we all ran in, me and my co-workers. But when I approached the door, I was stuck somewhere, and I couldn't feel myself move, speak, anything. It felt so weird, and I couldn't even get to my remote to get me outta here. I had to wait for what felt like forever until all my co-workers and I exited and I was in the carpooling car again, going home.

I exited the car, and got in my house as fast as I could. I felt like I had spent enough time here, just because Sims was going to be like this for the rest of time. The days were all the same, so I looked around once more at my house and I hit the next button, ready for the next game. Let's hope it wouldn't be something like this.
