I interrupted his stammers, his ears twitched upwards at my next words.

'Don't worry, Georgie,' I paused, grinning wider, 'I liked it ~'

[THIRD PERSON POV]

George's emotions could be described with a number of words, we will use only a couple: embarrassed, happy, mortified, giddy, nauseous, tense, faint and on some level he felt... loved.

That doesn't mean he didn't feel like getting sick, however.

Or squealing.

Or scratching something.

He just wanted to let his energy out.

His body began to involuntarily jump from one foot to the other, no longer being able to contain his emotions and he squealed.

It really is not an understatement to say he hadn't felt so genuinely happy in years. He had no idea what to do with himself - how to express it. Sure it probably wouldn't last for much longer, his anxiety would most likely take over again.

But he felt happy now. So for now, he was doing a happy dance.

Meanwhile, Dream was also on cloud nine. I mean - he literally just woke up to his crush happily in his arms, pet his ears and made him purr. A pretty good morning, if you ask Dream.

Now though, he remembered that Sapnap was still waiting on an update on George. He grabbed his phone and checked the time: 5:44am. Dream was dreading the slew of messages he'd be met with.
