When Anna's vision was finally recovered, she saw dark. Not like she was in a dark place but she was somewhere outside and it was dark. She observed her surroundings and heard music coming from inside the building she was standing in front of. She quickly processed things and concluded that she is at the end of the episode where Elena is going to get kidnapped. This made her giddy, I mean usually, people avoid getting kidnapped but if it means meeting a certain hot, original vampire who always wears a suit, an exception can be made.

She processed her mind quickly if she gets kidnapped alongside Elena, she would have a chance to get in her books, and if she would be able to influence her actions, she would be able to control the scooby gang easily and her work would go smoothly. She thought it was a perfect plan as she was not getting any idea as to how to involve herself in their group. Sure she can join the school and make friends with them, but something has to happen with them so they would include her in, and she was not able to figure out what, so her only chance right now was to get kidnapped.

Maybe being close to her could give the doppelganger character development.

You never know.

She looked around quickly, trying to find Elena. She then aw her coming out of the building and hurried towards her. She approached her from behind, "Excuse me miss." said Anna. Elena turned around and saw the blonde beauty in front of her. She smiled at the beauty but it changed quickly to horror and she yelled, "Watch out!". Before anyone could comprehend anything, they were welcomed by darkness.
