Weeks passed and Seungmin got closer and closer to giving birth to his little pup.
His body had started to produce milk and was preparing for the baby in general.
The unborn had started dropping slowly but surely making everything even more exhausting for the puppy boy, he mostly stayed in his bed or downstairs on the couch resting or taking naps.
The Braxton hicks contractions gave him a hard time and in general he felt just uncomfortable and tired.
He was really done with his pregnancy.
All he wanted was to stay close to Hyunjin getting cuddles and kissies but sadly the older had to work a lot, the last working days before he'd take a few weeks off to focus on Seungmin and the little pup.
The brunette sighed softly as he carefully turned around on his bed, his hand going up to rub his tense aching belly, his gaze falling on the rain drops that ran down his window.
It was raining again for the third time that day already.
Not surprising considering that it was late April but still the puppy boy couldn't help but pout, he really didn't want his baby to be born on a rainy day.
Hyunjin had already ressurred him millions of times that it won't rain on the pup's birthday and even if, there's nothing wrong with it.
The rain was just as important as the sunshine.
Talking about the blonde male, a soft knock on the younger's door made him hum allowing Hyunjin to enter.
"Hey Minnie, I'm finished for today. How are you feeling?"
"I'm tired but I can't sleep. Contractions and the baby's keeping me up as well"
Seungmin pouted making the older coo as he sat beside the smaller on the bed.
He lifted his hand to stroke a few stray hair strands away from the puppy boy's forehead before caressing his cheek gently.
"Poor pup. Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?"
The brunette nodded softly as he looked up with big puppy eyes.
"Cuddles~"
"Okay, cuddles it is"
Hyunjin chuckled and laid down on the bed allowing Seungmin to snuggle close, the boy's head immediately going to rest on the blonde's warm chest.
"Jinnie?"
"Hm?"
"Give me your hand."
"Huh?"
The older looked down at the puppy boy confused.
"Just give me your hand please"
Seungmin smiled softly and gently took the other's big hand in his tiny ones.
He placed it carefully on the upper side of his belly and added a bit of pressure with his own hands.
The little pup, already awake and ready to play, instantly replied with a happy energetic kick against Hyunjin's palm.
Hyunjin's eyes widened at the sudden touch, his face lightening up almost instantly making Seungmin smile at him with such adoration.
The older's reaction was just too precious.
"Hey little puppy~"
As the blonde gently rubbed the spot where he had felt the unborn's movement, the tiny pup was more than happy to play a bit more and pressed their small feet against Hyunjin's hand.
Again the older couldn't help but coo and actually started to tear up, he felt so incredibly happy and amazed at the moment.
That Seungmin allowed him to feel the baby move, that he trusted him enough to do so and just feeling that tiny adorable pup being alive and ready to meet the world soon, all that felt so unbelievably good.
His sparkling eyes met Seungmin's shining ones, just pure happiness displayed in them making the older's heart jump.
