Constellations drifted across the darkness, brightening each way Lithius took. He was lifted higher and higher into the atmosphere before he felt his soul being stretched. Unlike before, this time, he felt as if he had achieved something great that could probably mend every broken piece in his heart. He spoke nothing, allowing his eyes to study the wave of events he had been through both as a guardian and a mortal in this trial and the previous ones. Some lives within the abyss of his heart while some walk side by side with him. Lithius studied them till he saw only a white canvas being painted into a solar system that sucked him in abruptly.

"See, that was easy," Calista's voice rang through the chamber sweetly like a siren that could probably lure the sailor into their ferocious nest. "It did not take you long, but that was a plus point for you since you managed to wake up Felix's phoenix soul. It is rare for a guardian to manage that, but you proved yourself capable as the next angel. Will you take up the position offered to you, Lithius?"

Stunt by the offer, Lithius raised his eyebrows, running his eyes around the waterfall chamber. Birds chirped melodiously alongside the sound of running water. His soul floated in front of Calista like a ghost, almost causing the angel to shiver at the sight. With a wave of her finger, Lithius's still body appeared from beneath the ground. It was protected with the most unique casket which had been covered with gems from different planets. Not waiting for a sign, Lithius let his soul slip into his designated body.

He felt warmth, pain, sadness and happiness surged within his body. Moving his fingers lightly, he opened his eyes gently. The purple orbs shone from within as if a new surge of energy has been dragged into the guardian's body. Lithius sat up, breaking the invisible seal with his body and allowed his wings to flutter. They felt complete to him, making him feel whole and powerful. Setting his feet on the ground, Lithius faced Calista who smiled adoringly at the young guardian.

"What will your answer be child?" Calista questioned softly, handing Lithius a long golden weapon. "I know this is a huge decision to make, but you are the perfect fit for the throne. You allowed us to reconnect with Felix by awakening his phoenix side. The scroll I gave you was just a catalyst, but you did all the work. You connected with his life and triggered the magic in his body. That's not something every guardian can manage. Congratulations on passing your trial, Lithius."

Lithius smiled. His fingers gripped onto the weapon. Time was what he needed. However, there had been this empty feeling in his chest as if something had not been completed. He could not put his fingers on it till he saw Adriel flying in from the waterfalls with a wide smile. It was then, Lithius knew. He knew there was one thing he had to do and this time, he had to return to Earth together with Adriel.
