It will be a day to say goodbye
A day Love has every reason to Cry
And Feelings let go,
For they have every right to spread wings and Fly.
How then do I define
Is it when we'll be kissing for the Last time
Or hugging tight, for you Won't be Mine
Probably charting the whole night, For I know I'll Miss seeing You Smile
What color will define my Fears
Is it Blue, for they say it's Her Favorite too
OR seeing her in tears, For distance has come True
Maybe seeing Her in cheers - For she has found somebody who is not My body-
Who'd Love her more than I'd ever do.
But I shall always remember times I spent with You
Times I'd risk thunder and thirst just to sit next to you,
Pretend to be listening to your charter -
Yet my eyes drifted to your beauty
My heart pounding for a girl whose world was built on a bleeding heart, a hurting mind, and a smile on her face.
My ears catching the shades of your cunning petite voice.
The Voice that I can now feel Fading from my Memories
And telling me to finally Let go
For I've already said goodbye
And it will be a long time until I can again say hi.
"For life is lived forward
And understood backward"
