Here's To Them

Here's to the people who took a fall,

But never listened to the discouraging words of all.

Who got back up again with the same power,

And conquer this huge and scary fear's tower.

Here's to the people who lost the war,

And shed their blood all over the floor.

Who fought for what they believed in,

The ones who never tried to commit any sin.

Here's to the people who cannot be felt loved,

For whom its hard to connect with their beloved.

Who have always faced hard times loving themselves,

But found it in them to accept love's ringing bells.

Here's to the people who lost their loved one,

And who wished that there was something they could have done.

Who fought their way out of this loneliness,

A little broken but still learning to clean up this mess.

Here's to the people who had been thrown into the darkness,

But with scary and dark minds they fought defenceless.

Who finally found the light at the end of the tunnel,

But never gave up and sat like a dust on a rubble.

Here's to the people who struggled to feel comfortable in their own body,

Often criticising their flaws and labelling them as shoddy.

Who were afraid of being their true selves in front of world,

Nevertheless learning to love themselves writing a new page leaving it unwhirled.

Here's to the people who lost their identity,

Always considering themselves as a separate and forgotten entity.

Who got lost in the world without their near ones,

Yet made it in this dynamic world full of devils.

Here's to the people who ever had the guts to try,

Who thought that they could have a chance to touch the sky.

Who always listened to the little voice in their head and followed their heart,

But never gave up or lost hope and entered a new and refreshing start.
