Chapter 6 Kaminari's Confusion

  Bakugou's POV:

  We walked towards the ice cream place we planned to go to, Kaminari talking our ears off.

  As we were walking, I was trying to figure out how I'm supposed to spill this information that I honestly didn't want to tell.

  Kirishima looked at me concerned.

  "Hey is something wrong?"

  "I-I just... I'm gonna tell him I'm just not sure how..."

  "I see..."

  Kaminari looked back at us, since he was running ahead.

  "Are you guys even listening?"

  "Oh, sorry Kaminari. What were you saying?"

  Kirishima said. Trying to refocus his attention.

  "As I was saying..."

  We soon made it to the ice cream place.

  After getting our ice cream we sat down at a table in the shade.

  Kaminari was talking again when I ticked.

  "FUCK OFF!"

  Kaminari looked slightly hurt by this.

  "You could have just told me if I was bothering you ya know..."

  He mumbled under his breath.

  "I'm sorry."

  I said sighing. I knew I had to tell him right now.

  "Listen... it's not your fault... you weren't bothering me."

  He looked up at me. Clearly still upset.

  "Then why did you freak out on me?"

  I looked at Kirishima for help.

  He turned to Kaminari, ready to take over.

  "Listen..."

  He paused, looking for the right wording.

  "Bakugou isn't mad when he yells."

  Kaminari just looked confused at this point.

   Kirishima paused again, finally finding the right words.

  "Kaminari, do you know what tourettes is?

  Kaminari shook his head.

  Well now we have to explain it, was all I could think.

  Kirishima continued.

  "It's kinda like a miscommunication between your brain and your nervous system..."

  He still looked confused.

  Basically your nerves want you to do one thing, even if your brain doesn't.

  So when bakugou yells or hits you, he doesn't actually mean it. Though he should probably still apologiz for the hitting."

  He looked at me for the last part.

  I quickly looked away, suddenly very interested in the ground.

  Kaminari seems to understand. He looked at me with shock clear in his face.

  "So you weren't trying to nock the books out of my hands every day?!"

  I shook my head.

  "And you didn't hate my guts when you scream cuss words at me?!"

  I again shook my head.

  He looked shocked.

  "THAT LITERALLY EXPLAINS SO MUCH! like when you were completely fine until you randomly swore!"

  "FUCK!"

  He looked at me with a different expression than he normally did after I would tic.

  "Why didn't you tell us bro?"

  "That's kinda complicated..."

  "We've got time."

  I proceeded to explain. Feeling better after getting it off my chest.

  He nodded when I finished my explanation.

  "So do the others know?"

  I shook my head.

  "Only you and kiri..."

  "I see... Are you gonna tell em?"

  "At some point, but it's honestly pretty hard."

  "SO THAT'S WHY MR AIZAWA DIDN'T YELL AT YOU!"

  He practicly screamed, finally putting two and two together.

  "Yeah."

  I responded, rubbing my ears a little.

  He smiled at me, ice cream mustache making him look like a kid.

  I was definitely feeling better after well kiri told him.
