Continuation
The halls were silent and the mages were having a talk with Harry and Ron before they heard a loud thud followed by a scream. Sting who was talking with Harry about who would be selected, heard the scream and thud. He instantly knew who the scream belonged to, he turned towards the others and they also knew they all knew the scream belonged to Rogue. They all ran towards the sound as fast as they could. Once they reached the destination they're hearts stopped. There in front of them was an unconscious Hermione looking quite pale and standing next to her was a horrified looking Rogue.
"What did you do to her" Ron asked
"i-I" Rogue tried to speak but couldn't, Sting slowly walked towards him and put and arm on his shoulder. "S-sting I-I'm s-sorry-"Rogue tried to speak while on the verge of tears but before he could finish he collapsed into Stings arms. Sting picked him up and told the others to get a teacher while he and Yukino took Rogue to the infirmary along with Hermione.
After they reached the Infirmary and settled them in bed
"So what exactly happened" asked Madam Pomfrey
"We don't know, going to have to wait till they wake" Sting replied
"What do you mean, your friend obviously attacked he's a Slytherin after all" Ron replied angrily "Yeah" Harry chimed in
"Oh shut up, you don't know that" Sting snapped, he knew it wasn't Rogue but that damned Shadow.
Soon they all heard the sound of someone waking up; they turned around and saw Hermione slowly getting up.
"'Mione what happened" Ron asked
"H-he attacked m-me" Hermione said still petrified
"See your friend did-"Ron tried to say but was cut off by a very pissed off Sworn brother making his way "Quit yer yappin' kid".
"Yeah you don't know why or if he even did so shut it" Natsu spoke
From behind Gajeel came the rest of the mages packing in and surrounding Rogue. Slowly his eyes started to flutter open and they blew a sigh of relief but were shocked to see him... crying!
"I'm so sorry" Rogue said, a frightened look plastering his face. "Hey it's ok, just tell us what happened" he spoke softly while grabbing Rogues hand.
"I just lost control of the shadow" Rogue spoke, monotone.
"God that thing again, why didn't you tell me it was still botherin' yeh" Gajeel yelled but then lowered his tone while suddenly understanding why.
"Shadow, what shadow" Harry asked ruining the moment
"None of yer' damn business, now take your friends and go since she seems to have gained consciousness and is stable" Gajeel yelled at him
"Hey umm, I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you" Rogue spoke softly but the trio just walked out. Rogue was startled and lowered his head. "Wait to go Rogue, you already ruined yours and your friend's time here" he thought. (I will fix this later, I don't know why I turned him into someone so unlike his character, my deepest apologies)
"Hey now Rogue don't be sad come on, we've got another ceremony announcing the selected people, then we got to go see Dumbledore" Lucy spoke up "Plus I'm sure you and Sting can have a little heart to heart later" she added while smirking. Both Sting and Rogues faces blew up like a volcano "let's just go to the hall" Rogue spoke while trying to get up but stumbling due to his drained strength. Sting quickly caught him and then spoke "Guess I'm gonna have to help you walk" Gajeel spoke while snatching Rogue and glaring at Sting. "Dammit Gajeel" Sting thought
Time Skip to when they were all seated
"Alright welcome everyone; I'm sure you are all excited so let's get into the ones that are joining the Tournament" Dumbledore spoke as the Great hall erupted in cheers
"Alright then" he continued
Victor Krum from Durmstrang Institute
Fleur Delacour from Beauxbatons
Cedric Diggory from Hogwarts
Erza Scarlet from Fairy tail "All of fairy tail erupted in cheers "knew it" "we'll definitely win" they shouted. "Quite let him speak we'll celebrate later" Erza glared and they all silenced
"As I was saying" Dumbledore continued
Sting Eucliffe from Saber tooth
Chelia Blendy from Lamia Scale
And
Cobra from Crime Sorciere
Suddenly they goblet threw another paper
"HARRY POTTER"
