Miles pov

"not one word" michel said as i widen my eyes in surprise "i mean his guys just sat there like nothing as we argued" michel finished. he explained what went down with mattia and him the other day, i laughed as i took a sip off of my drink

"on a real note tho, what was the point of all this" i said looking at my surroundings before leaning back on my chair

"thought you'll ask" michel said clearing his throat "julia is someone who mattia will do anything for" michel said making me nod for him to continue but jack spoke up first

"you wanna use julia to get to mattia, don't you??" jack said making all of us look over at him

"see he gets it" michel said patting jack's back as jack moved away slowly, michel laughed as we looked at him like he was insane, yes it sounded like a great idea but how are we supposed to take down polibio

"you'll simply make a fool off of yourself, you have no power against mattia." jack said making me nod in agreement, michel chuckled

"but julia does" michel said making me set up straight, this guy is never up to anything good

he smiled before leaning in, he narrowed his eyes

"unless you guys are scared of mattia" michel said. we all laughed shaking our head, i was about to open my mouth to say something but he beat me to it first "great, then we'll get julia to get us to him" michel clapped his hands together before getting up

"she won't give in" i said "she stopped doing does stuff" i said as michel walked up to me

"that's why you'll force her"

i widen my eyes, there was no way i was forcing julia to do something she doesn't want to, and there was no way i was able to face her again after i told her i joined back this life style we promised we'll leave behind

"i'm not gonna do that, especially when she'll have to get involved with al-" i was saying but michel cut me off

"you are, end of discussion little brother"

Julia pov

i sat there, my mind off on something different then what he was talking about, i looked at him when he narrowed his eyes getting up and shaking his head

"you weren't listening were you" mattia said as i shook my head getting up after

"not really, i was thinking about something else" i said as he frowned, he slowly pushed back some of my hair as he kept his eye on me

"to make things shorter, i'm sorry for the way i acted towards you the last time we saw each other" he said making me laughed and walk pass him, he turned to look at me again, i grabbed my sweater

"i said it was fine, nothing big" i said followed by a little shrugged, he looked at me as i put my sweater over my head

"do you need a ride home?" he asked before i looked up at him, he was closed to me making me take a few steps back and shake my head 'no'

i was getting to know mattia better, turns out he isn't as bad as i thought, but something just tells me to never trust him and i wasn't gonna give in like nothing, mattia is someone you shouldn't trust

only knowing him for a couple weeks yet there's still so much to know about him that i'll like to know but it's better if i just don't and set back and see his next moves

"no" i said

he looked at me for a second before shrugging his shoulders and leaning back on the wall, he waited for me

"see you soon then" he said as i opened his front door, i turned around to look at him one more time but he was already gone, i laughed before closing the door behind me, the cold wind hit me the minute i stepped a foot out the door

i put my hands in my sweater pockets

i walked back to my house, it wasn't that late outside so i didn't feel like calling an uber or anything. it was cold tho, i made so many turns as i walked but somehow still knew where i was going, i wasn't lost or anything

i took a deep breath as i felt a car pulled next to me, i didn't think twice to look and see who it was, my eyes widen seeing miles

i let a sigh of relief knowing it wasn't someone bad who probably planned on killing me

"need a ride?" miles asked making me narrowed my eyes, why is he even talking to me, i thought he wanted nothing to do with me yet here he is asking if i needed a ride

"no i'm ok" i said tilting my head a little as i noticed some movements in the back of his cars, i narrowed my eyes as he noticed and talked again

"are you still mad about what i told you?" he asked making me look back at him, my eyes now frowned before realizing what he was talking about

"i don't care anymore, your decision, i'm not gonna beg for you to leave it again or come back to me" i lied. i wanted him more then anything. he slowly squeeze the wheel closing his eyes shut and forcing a smile before looking back at me

"i still wonder why mattia chases after you, your fucking hard" michel said making me laugh

"like i said miles-" someone cut me off before i finished

"aren't you chasing her too?" i heard mattia's voice say from behind me, i quickly turned around, he had a smirk placed on his face

"if anything your the one who tried to steal her from me, i had her, you'll never will" miles said making me roll my eyes, the back door of miles car opened, michel and jack came out as my eyes widen

"now that we're all here, let's have some fun"
