Mattia pov

julia talked with the other guys as i sat there without a word. we were at a meeting. i smiled at them once in a while before breaking the conversation and speaking

"so are we gonna become allies?" i asked julia who wrote something down and looked up at me before nodding her head slowly "i don't think michel will be happy about this but it isn't his decision now" i said with a smirk

"what about dylan?? will dylan be happy about it?" logan one of the guy that sat across from me asked looking over at julia

i narrowed my eyes

"it isn't his decision either" julia said. i leaned back on my chair. one of the logan's bodyguards came in walking up to logan and whispered something to him

the room was silent for another second

"very well then" logan said to his bodyguard who nodded and walked away, logan looked back at us "we have a visitor" logan said putting his gun away in his pocket.

"so you invited someone?" julia asked

"no. they just showed up. at least that's what my bodyguard said" logan finished as the door opened again

i looked up at the door, the bodyguard walked in followed by someone, jack. i immediately sat up looking over at julia who hasn't noticed him. i chuckled as he got closer approaching us, julia finally saw him

her face dropped

"am i interrupting something here?" jack asked with a smirked placed on his face looking from logan to me and julia. i looked over at julia again

she looked mad, like she wanted to kill him

"you did but it's fine" logan answered offering jack a drink "set down" logan said to jack who didn't have to think twice before taking a seat and taking the drink

i scoffed

they all turned to look at me with a confused face expect for julia, she just chuckled

i was gonna opened my mouth to say something but jack opened his mouth first making me roll my eyes and look over at him

"miles? so your taking over miles mafia? wasn't michel supposed to do that?" jack said to julia as julia gave him a dirty look, i really wanted to punch jack, all he does is be on other people business when it doesn't concern him at all

"does that have something to do with you?" julia asked leaning forward on the table

logan looked confused

"is there some problem going on between the two of you?" logan asked looking from jack to julia who immediately nodded, she wasn't afraid to admit it

"she always had a problem with me ever since i took her place" jack replied. i narrowed my eyes towards jack

"you did not only take my place. you took everything else from me. how am i not supposed to hate you?? your fucking insane" julia admitted getting up and looking over at logan "i won't stay another minute in this room when he's in here" julia said pointing at jack

"you're being dramatic" logan said only making julia even mad

"dramatic? do you fucking know what ja-" julia cut herself off "you know what, never mind, i'm leaving" julia said and just like that she started walking away

"julia" i called out for her but she didn't even turn back

her guards followed behind her and walked outside as i sigh looking back at logan and jack, jack only had a nasty smirk on his face

"sorry about that" i said to logan who shook his head "we'll talk about business another day" i finished grabbing my stuff. i had to go after julia

"make sure she's ok" logan spoke up making me nod and walk away, i walked outside as my guards followed behind me. julia was getting in her car. she was really mad

"julia" i said. this time she turned around, she stopped getting in the car and sighed before walking up to me

"i was being dramatic, wasn't i?" julia said making me shake my head and laugh a little. she ran a hand through her hair repeatedly, i grabbed her hand holding it into mines, i made her look up at me

"you did what you had to do" i said kissing her forehead as she smiled "where were you going?" i asked her as she looked back up at me

"home" she sigh looking up at the moon

i smiled shaking my head as she looked back into my eyes, i slowly pulled her in, her lips meeting mines. they went perfectly together, she smiled again against the kiss before i pulled away remembering the guards were still here and were probably looking at us

"our home?" i said making her laugh

"if that's what you want to call it" she said before grabbing my hand and pulling me to follow her, she looked at her guards "take the cars home, tell dylan and the others that i'll be back tomorrow morning" she said making me smile before it faded right after, dylan? dylan lived with her?

"dylan lives with you?" i asked julia who narrowed her eyes before slowly nodding "why does he?" i asked

"miles" she mumbled quietly

miles, ofc miles. but now that miles gone, julia doesn't have to live there anymore

i nodded closing my eyes and letting out a sigh, i just couldn't stand dylan around her especially not living in the same roof, not after what he made me do to the girl i loved

"move in with me." i said as julia thought about it "i won't kick you out this time. i promise" i said hoping she'll say yes and won't keep living with that fucking dude

"fine."
