-3rd pov- Hitokori was summoned by the hokage at 8am he knocks on the door
"Come in" a voice says hitokori opens the door
"Hello you needed me?" He asked
"Yup I just wanted to give you your jonin vest and forehead protector also you will be starting missions first thing tommorw I assume that will be fine?" Hitokori took the jounin vest and zipped it over his plain black turtle neck.
"Thank you hokage-sama and that is okay yes." He replied with gratitude
He walks over to the apartments administrator building. He chooses an apartment that cost 600ryo a month. It was a fair price and small enough for himself. After being given a key, he went to buy food and other necessities for his apartment.
He had been in and out of shops all morning from 9am-12pm now that he had a few books on doujustu and a few books on legendary weaponry and how to forge them he sat down and started to read them intently on his bed.

The members of the Uchiha clan can awaken the Sharingan only through a powerful emotional event. When such a tragic event happens, the brain releases a special form of chakra. This chakra affects the optic nerve and then a base version of Sharingan gets awakened.
