"Sarah...?" The girl with my best friend's face on her face looks at me curiously, then turns her attention to Leon. Leon on the other hand is too busy staring at me with his mouth hanging open, the shock visible on his face. We stay still for a while, the flickering flames of the torches being the only thing moving. My gaze shuffles between the two, not sure wether to ask Leon for an explanation or to ask the Sarah look-alike if she's actually Sarah. Leon decides to start talking.

"What are you doing here Lady- I mean, Princess Sera?" He catches himself, reminding me of my new title. He looks more nervous than before. The Sarah look-alike on the other hand is surprisingly calm, or at least she seems like it. She slowly walks over to me and places a hand on my arm.

"Come on, you should not be in here. How about we get you to bed, Princess?" Now that she's right in front of me, I can really see how the resemblance to Sarah is uncanny. The black hair, green eyes, and dark skin tone are there. All except for the fact that her hair has now been cut shorter. Shaking my head, I shuffle away from Sarah- I mean Sarah's doppelgänger and walk closer to the center of the room. Afraid I'm going to be distracted further, I turn to Leon. Trying to hopefully make a serious face, I question him with as much sternness as I muster up.

"Nope! I'm not leaving until I'm getting some answers from both of you. I have like... so many questions right now!" I point a finger at each of them for emphasis. The look-alike sighs with a smile on her face, clearly more amused than intimidated. Pointing her thumb at me, she turns to Leon to say:

"Shall I carry her out by force? She does not look very heavy."

"No! Lay a finger on me and I'll scream! I'll scream and a thousand guards will come running down here, and see whatever... this is!" This time my statement makes the doppelgänger laugh aloud. She shakes her head and starts making her way towards me.

"Hahaha! Okay, time to go."

A gasp comes out of me from surprise at her sudden movement, and I raise my fists in front of me in a boxing stance. 'As if that's going to stop her-'. Thankfully, Leon comes to my rescue again and makes her stop before she can do anything.

"No Amice, cease, immediately. It is no use trying to ignore it when she already knows. Besides, we would not have been discovered if a CERTAIN GNASHGAB had not used her monkey mouth in such a loud manner!" He says, glaring at Amice at the last bit.

'Amice... not Sarah... Okay, that's one question answered.' Somehow, I can't help but feel disappointed at the fact that it's not her. At the same time, I'm thankful she isn't stuck here with me as well.

"Tch, whatever." Amice says before leaning on the door with her arms crossed together. Leon lets out a tired sigh, sits on the bed, and faces me again.

"So... Why are you wearing the King and Queens clothes? Wait- are you guys actually them?" My question prompts Leon to stand up and deny it immediately.

"What-? No! We are just-..." He falls back onto the bed, sitting down with his elbows on his knees and his hands rubbing his head. "This is much harder to explain than I initially thought it would be." Amice from the side lets out an "ugh" and turns in my direction, slowly moving away from the wall to walk towards me.

"The real King and Queen are not here. They are... missing, or at least that is what everyone is saying."

"They are missing. They will come back." Leon suddenly says, interrupting her. Amice simply rolls her eyes at him in response.

"Well, that still doesn't answer my question."

"I was getting to that part. We are just... standing in for them, I guess you could say. For the meantime, if they come back."
