I Never Meant To Hurt You

"Ipkiss, you came back!"

You couldn't help but grin. "Did ya miss me? Did ya?" He gave a nervous chuckle. "Yeah... It's been a while. Last time I saw you ya tried to suffocate me. I can see you're doing better now though." Your grin dropped when he mentioned how you had hurt him. "I never meant to hurt you. I didn't want to hurt you. I wanted to hurt the boss. I was just getting back on my feet and he fired me, and for what? Kissing my lover? I wasn't after you." Ipkiss sighed, putting his hands behind his neck. "You hurt him alright, twenty times in the abdomen and five times in the face with a pen. You are terrifyingly strong for someone your size. Wouldn't wanna be on your bad side."

Something about that really pissed you off, "You don't have to worry about my 'bad side' because I don't want to hurt you!" You knew you snapped and it frightened him, but fuck did you feel he deserved it. "Read my lips, Ipkiss. I. Am. Getting. Better!"
