Joseph:

He wanted to glance but froze at what you whispered in his ear. He began mentally praying to God to let the Deputy stop and go do something more useful than try and indulge another person in your sin. When you snaked your arms around him and played with his belt buckle, asking if he doesn't wish to have some fun after years of not indulging in it, he put his hand over yours to stop you and told you that you shouldn't do this. When you frowned and said you were really hoping it would work, he gave you a frown before pulling your hands away from him and turned to hold your hands in his cupped hands, suggesting for you to attend the next church session. As you frowned and asked if he's basically saying you need God's help, he gave you a "I'm not even sure God can fix you" look before he assured you God will help you.

John:

He froze when suddenly arms slid around his waist and he heard you whisper something in his ear. His eyes shot to the peggies with guns, reaching for his pistol, but then he began focusing on what you were saying. When you finished, he chuckled and softly replied that your sin is not wrath but lust.
