When Robotnik started to attack, the leaders in planet Mobius royal Mobians from different countries started to work together and called them the Freedom Freighters to defeat Robotnik. Princess Aleena who will soon become queen of Mobotropolis decided to hide her identity because she did not want her people to see her as a princess. So, she nicknamed herself as Sonic, so that everyone could see her as a hero. When Robotnik went missing, peace has return once again, and Aleena started a family of her own and gave birth to two boys and one girl. She named her daughter Sonia, her youngest son Manic, and her oldest Sonic, because ever since she revealed her identity, she knew she had to make sure that her people not only see her family as royalty but also heroes.
