⇾I heard this was the most forgotten country in Africa, so yeah! Here it is.

⇾I know chocolate isn't the only thing you can do with cocoa beans, but são Tomé is known as the "chocolate islands" so that's mainly what he makes. [This gives away a lot lol]

⇾ This needs to be updated by the way.

São Tomé and Príncipe gained independence in 1975 [from what I heard] so he would be in his mid/late teens.

São Tomé and Príncipe is a very nice person. From what I heard, people there are always nice to you, so naturally, he's a nice person without even trying too hard. If a child is struggling to buy food, he would gladly help them out and pay for them. When it comes to visitors, much like South Africa, he would be the first person to introduce himself and show the visitor around and make sure they gain the stuff of what the country has to offer. He's also a very safe person to be around, and if somebody else feels threatened, he's usually the safe place for them. He knows how to calm them and help them through their issues. [From what I say, Sâo Tomé and Príncipe is a very safe place with low crime rates, and armed robbery, rapes and violent crimes are rare.] However, due to his low crime rates and rare violent crimes, if he were to be robbed or threatened, he would majorly struggle with defending himself. He wouldn't know how to react or how to get away. His country is also categorized as "least develoved" so isn't very strong, which doesn't help him in his case when it comes to defending himself agaist others. His country is known for their coffee, so every morning he makes Angola her favorite coffee and brings it to her, just as a way to signify their friendship. He says it brings him joy seeing her happy face whenever he brings it to her. They also used to have the biggest supply of cocoa in the early twentieth century, so during that time he loved making chocolate and selling it for money. He was the best chocolate maker around, and people adored it. Throughout the years though, Ivory Coast has taken his place as the chocolate maker. She began supplying and selling her chocolate which eventually took over his. He tries not to get mad at her, but since then he's struggled with making money because nobody really wants his chocolate anymore.

São Tomé and Príncipe has 2 outfits he wears . One that he wears all the time, at home or in public, just walking around, etc, but the other is when he's at work, or attending a UN meeting.

His casual wear consists of a pano [or pagne/wrapper]. The pano is has a seamless geometric batik pattern printed on it. While the actual pano is a peanut brown, the pattern is made up of a spice orange. But talking about how it actually looks; the Pano has long sleeves with a darker peanut colour brown for the cuff. It goes down as far as his middle thigh, and as for the sleeves, is laced with a smooth dark peanut colour on the hem. The neck is a half turtle neck that has a slit under the chin. The slit goes down until the beginning of his chest, however the 2 slits are pinned back together so they don't reveal anything by 4 buttons, the button design consisting of the São Tomé and Príncipe emblem. He just wears plain peanut colour omnipresent jeans.

For his work uniform, it's a simple plain dark brown suit with a crimson red undershirt and a shamrock green tie. [The tie is meant to represent the green stripes on his flag while the red undershirt represents the red triangle.] He only wears this suit when he's at work [AKA, UN meetings and African Union meetings] to act formal and polite. However, when he's working and selling his chocolates and coffee, he will wear his casual wear to seem more appealing to people.

His eye color is a neutral yellow, not to light or bright, yet not to dark or gloomy. His pupils are black and star shaped. He has smooth, chocolate skin, and a milk chocolate kind if hair. His hair is cut nice and short and full of Africa curls. [I know it's a bit plain and simple, but his eyes play a big role in this]

▪ The symbol that represents his flag is his eyes. It seems dumb, but people actually can tell who he is and what he represents because of his eyes color due to them being very unique and nobody else has the same them.

▪ He's on the way shorter end being 161 cm [5'2] because he's the second smallest country in Africa. [The first smallest is  Seychelles, and she's also 5'2, but 159cm.]

▪ His human name is Benigno Seguro.

▪ He is related to Angola[sister], Mozambique[sister], Guinea-Bissau[brother], Equatorial Guinea[sister] and Cape Verde[sister].

▪ His mother is the Portuguese Empire, and he would rather forget about her.

▪ When he isn't working with UN, he's making home made chocolate or coffee with the cocoa beans he grows and sells them to try and warn more money. It's a side job that he enjoys doing, and if he seems somebody struggling to find food he'll give some chocolate away for free so they can have something to eat.

▪ Sometimes he and Ivory Coast will team up to make chocolate together, but he would rather go solo and make it his own.
