Time setting: Genin and Boruto Era

He describes her in one word.

"Get off Naruto!"

He glanced to see her push his blonde teammate, she huffed and simply continued to watch the fireworks, the look of frustration evident in her face.

Sasuke follows, and after a few minutes, he takes a peek again.

This time, her face looks more relaxed as her eyes twinkle in amazement towards the flashing lights in the sky.

Sasuke wished he could do the same, but his eyes are focused on her instead.

Unconsciously, the first word that came to his mind is; 'Beautiful.'

Sasuke replays that memory...but this time, they stand on the lake his prison mate talked about earlier.

This time...instead of fireworks, his wife stares at the twinkling stars instead, utterly mesmerised of its beauty in the night sky.

Sasuke smiles.

'Beautiful...'
