Pt 16 : disappointment

Let's begin....

Sanskar returns from hospital after morning rounds.as today was the day for their divorce.and he looks at Ragini who was sleeping.
Sanskar:Ragini..
He pats her trying to wake her up as they have to reach court in half an hour.he had told her that to get ready when he will return.
Ragini looks at him.as she could not act of sleeping anymore.
Sanskar:Ragini it's getting late!
She just nods.

Ragini moves to washroom.
Sanskar moves out of the room.

Ragini changes into a salwar and she remembers Sanskar mentioning about his love and she was twisting the comb in her both hands.and Sayyesha's words.
And the comb broke into 2 pieces.
She was so angry now that can't explain.

And she goes out.
Sanskar:let's go!
They sit in car while he drives.
Ragini glares him.
When he could feel the gaze and when he turns to her,she would be looking outside the window.

And he stops the car at court.
He was about open the car.
When she held his wrist.
Ragini:I wanted to tell you...
When his phone rings.
Sanskar receives the call which was from the lawyer.
Sanskar:but morning we had a conversation...
She looks at him.
Sanskar:So when this will be?i mean next date.after a month?
She quickly leaves his wrist controlling her smile.
Sanskar:okay..Thank you!
He disconnects the call.

Sanskar:I think the much faster you wanted,it's not going to happen..
She looks at him acting serious:what?i did not understand!
Sanskar:divorce file got rejected due to some change in legal terms.unfortunately it would take a month..since the slots are busy till a month!
She looks at him:oh..

Sanskar:between I wanted to tell you that I have a workshop for students at Chennai's Medical College tomorrow.so I have to prepare for it!
Ragini nods:when you will return?
Sanskar:it's just a 2 day worshop!
She nods turning to the window with smile.
Sanskar:and wait..you wanted to tell me something right?
She turns to him shrinking her eyes:I..nothing important..
Sanskar:are you serious?
She nods
He takes a reverse turning the car back home.

Ragini:so alone you are going tomorrow?
Sanskar:No..Sayyeshaa is assisting me!
Her smile vanished:only you and sayyeshaa?
He smiles:Yeah..
He found something wrong:what happened?
He thought she is upset because of the divorce things:Ragini don't worry you will get rid off me very soon!
He smiles trying to cheer her.
And she did not react.

Later...
At night Sanskar was packing his stuffs.
Ragini stood near the door:do you need any help?
He turns and smiles:no everything is done!
He just takes a file and sits reading it.

She moves and sits out where Samar was watching movie.
He looks at her:Bhabhi are you sad that bhaiyya is going out for 2 days!
Ragini looks at him:No!
Samar:I felt that way!
Ragini:what way?
Samar:Admit it or not that you are sad I know that..
Ragini bit angrily:I am not sad!
Samar:okay sorry..

Ragini:that you know what Sanskar is going with ...
He looks at her.
Ragini:Nothing...just forget what I said!
She tries to concentrate.
Samar:going with whom bhabhi?
Ragini:no no I told you right.you just forget it!
Samar:anyways I am going back home tomorrow!
Ragini:this soon..
Samar stretched his lips:Yeah,Mom is alone there so I have to come.i just came for a month but when I came I felt I have to stay to make something together.now I think I have to go back!
She looks at him confused.
Samar:that's why I am saying if there is something then tell me!
She nods in no.

Sayyesha on the other side was smiling dreamily.she wanted to have the moment with him,she wanted to attract him.
She was looking at the dresses and jewelleries.

Later

Sanskar was sleeping on the other side of the bed.
Ragini was not sleepy at all.
She turns and there was the book wall in between them. She slowly takes some books.where she could see him.
She sees his hand above a book and she slowly holds his hand.
When he moves in his sleep while she was feared that he woke up but thankfully he didn't..
She again slowly holds his hand.

"Bhabhi..once I did not wanted bhaiyya to go for some meeting but accompany me for a day out.so I just acted of unwell,and he cancelled his plan.that's different I was caught very soon and he took my class regarding that but that actually shows how important I was for him that he had cancelled the meeting."Samar's words rings in her ears.

Next day..

Samar pulls his bag out:Thanks bro for giving the shelter for this poor!
Sanskar hits him lightly:This is your home only!
Samar:I know..but I did not get any senti dialogue!
Sanskar hugs him.

Ragini gifts him a pen.
Samar looks at it.
Ragini:someone had considered that this pen was lucky.You have this and I am sure it will be lucky for you in every phase in your profession which will get you success.And All the best!
Samar looks at the pen,it was Shaan's pen which was actually given to him by their father.he would not misplace the pen no matter what?
Samar smiles:Thank you so much bhabhi.you are the best Bhabhi in the world!
Ragini smiles.
Samar:bhabhi any day anytime if you need me then bandha hazir hai!
He just bows in front of her.
She smiles.

And soon he leaves from there.
Her mind was roaming with Samar's words.
If she acts would he not go?
Sanskar was over the call.
She acts of feeling dizzy but he did not notice her.
Ragini felt terrible with her acting skills!

She just literally slips because her own skirt stuck on her feet and she shouts.
Sanskar being worried:Ragini!
Ragini smiles and herself:Yes!!
She acts of paining.
And she looks at him:it's paining!
He helped her to stand but she winced acting terrible.but still it worked!

Sanskar:Ragini..couldn't you be more careful see it's hurting you now!
He made her sit.
Ragini acts of wincing:Sanskar you must be getting late.it's okay I will manage!
"Now Nothing is more important than you"she expected him to say this.
But Sanskar:Yeah..I anyway can't miss the workshop since I already missed it twice before because of emergency if I Again do it.i would be disappointing my seniors!
Ragini looks at him.she sees he was holding her hand and she frees it:go..I will manage!
Sanskar:are you sure?i will inform noor she will go with you to the doctor.okay?
She nods and she was burning in anger.
He calls noor and asks her to come immediately and he waits for noor there.

Ragini look at him and herself:look at the desperation.he is dying to go with sayyeshaa.Let him go who wants him to stay.i curse that workshop itna bura ho ki ek Ghante mein hi tumhe Wahan se Bhagaa de!

Soon noor comes and he leaves not before asking Ragini to take care and respond to his calls.

Later..

Sanskar was waiting in the airport.
Sayyesha has come not how she usually looked.but with dark make up and fancy salwar.she was looking beautiful!
Sanskar looks at her.
Sayyesha felt shy.

Sanskar:Sayyeshaa..why do I feel we are going for a wedding?
And he ends up laughing
She felt he would complement her but he was making fun of her.
Sanskar:anyways..Come let's go we are getting late!
And they moves pulling their bag along entering inside the airport!
