September 2nd, 1967

A raven haired girl and a blonde boy, walked in a bar after a long tiring day at work, they were sitting together in their scrubs.

"seriously Merls, ever since you and Gwaine had that kid we never hang out much" the blonde says making her sigh heavily

"Arthur, between insane shift hours and Angelica's daycare, then Gwaine's paramedic exam coming up, I doubt anyone would have time" she answered taking a sip of her whiskey, she grimaced and rests her head on the counter, after having the baby, she really didn't have time for anything really.

Arthur sighs "I told you...you can put her in the pediatric ward" she eyes him, with a small glare "and I said, my daughter isn't going to stay in the hospital"

After a few drinks, she heads home, well, more like, her husband had to drive her home, she easily gets drunk at five shots.

As Gwaine drives off, she sighs and leans more into the seat "Gwaine, darling, tell me, and I a bad friend?" She asked making him look off the road for a second "No, where would you get the idea of that?" He says

The brunette stretched and yawned "I just don't feel like I'm doing anything right these days, I barely have time for Arthur and for you...then Angie...I just...feel like everything isn't how it used to be" she answered closing her eyes

Gwaine sighs and "You do everything that makes us better, and We appreciate it, so don't worry" he glanced off the road at her and sighed realizing she fell asleep.

September 28th, 1967. 9:00 am

Merlyn woke up alone, she sits up slowly and rubbed her eyes, looking to the left of her, there was a tray filled with her favorite meal for breakfast, a note and her phone...she sits up and reads it

"Morning dearest,

Don't worry, Arthur gave you a day off, So just relax, there's a nice bath awaiting you (might be cold by now) I already took Angelica to the day care, have a great off day

Love, Gwaine"

She laughs happily and headed to the bathroom after eating her breakfast, Merlyn was quite pleased with what she was met with, it was a still warm tub with a rainbow bubble bath, the room smelled of chocolate and on the side of the tub there was a plate with strawberries, she giggles feeling all pampered

12:00 am

Gwaine came home, he came home to drop off Angelica, Merlyn looks at him confused "Daycare closed already?"

He smiles "Yeah, the owner had an emergency"he says placing the child in the playroom

"You could've called me...I have noth-" she was stopped by a kiss, Gwaine smiles softly "I need you to relax"

She pouts "I can still help out..."

He shakes his head "No, Have you ate? I brought back some chocolates, and a few pastries"

She kisses him and smiles brightly "I've been thinking...we should make a next baby"
