6. PURVI MURDERED SHIMONA ?

The next day, Raghunath met with Pandit & then  he got to know that after one month, Kavin can finally marry Shimona. Hearing the news, Raghunath & Ramesh were finally happy but not Kavin & Ishyant, but they pretended to be happy for Raghunath's sake.

Almost after a month, Raghunath went to meet Shimona in her cabin when he saw Purvi standing there holding a knife, Shimona lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Raghunath was shocked.

Raghunath : Yeh kya kar diya..? Tumne Shimona ko maar diya..?

The employees came there & were shocked to see the scenario. Kavin came to tell Shimona something but before that she died. The police came & arrested Purvi infront of everyone.

Before she could go to jail, she hit with Raghunath. The police made her stand properly. They took them with her & tried to investigate her but she seems to be in a shock.

After few days, she was presented in court as a killer with proofs & Raghunath as a witness. The prosecutor & defense lawyer kept their own views & were trying to do their jobs. Prosecutor came near Raghunath who was standing in the witness box..

Prosecutor : Mr. Khanna, kya aap batayenge ki Purvi aur Kavin ka past mei kaisa relation hai..?

Raghunath : Ji.. Purvi ne paison ke liye Kavin ke saath rishta rakha tha.. Aur usne 9 saal 4 mahine pehle mujhse 5 crore rupiye bhi liye the..

Prosecutor : Tho kya aisa ho sakta hai ki Purvi phir se Kavin ke saath rishta rakhna chahti hai paison ke liye..?

Raghunath : Ji, mujhe nahi pata lekin ho sakta hai.. Kavin ne use sachchhe dil se chaha tha aur agar Shimona mar jaati hai tho use phir se ek mauka milega na..

Prosecutor : Point to be noted my lord.. Aise hone ke chances hai..

Person entered inside the court, went near Purvi & slapped her tightly on her cheek. She looked at the person & was shocked to see him there.

Person : Your honour, is case se Purvi ka koi relation nahi hai.. Ha, mai maanta hu ki saare saboot uske khilaaf hai.. Magar, mai chahta hu ki aap yeh footage dekhe.. Yeh footage tab ka hai jab Shimona ka murder hua..

The whole court saw the footage & everyone was shocked to see the truth. Everyone looked at Purvi while she was looking towards the ground closing her eyes.

Shimona entered the cabin in the morning & had her coffee. Everything was going fine when suddenly Shimona fell on the ground unconscious.

After sometime, a man came wearing a mask inside her cabin & killed Shimona. The killer dropped a smoker pipe as an evidence. The smoker pipe belonged to Raghunath. The killer left from there.

Purvi came after sometime with a serious look & then she was shocked after seeing the scenario. She saw the smoker's pipe & was taken aback. She knew very well that Raghunath can't kill Shimona as he need Shimona to keep Kavi away from one another. She picked the smoker pipe.

Purvi (pov) : Is chaaku pe kahi uncle ke ungliyon ke nishaan tho nahi hai..? Unhe phasane ke liye kahi.. Nahi mai aisa nahi hone dungi..

She took the knife in her hand & hid the smoker in her hand. At that time, Raghunath came & was shocked. But, when she hit Raghunath infront of police, she dropped the smoker pipe into his pocket. Raghunath knew that she dropped something.

Person : Your honour, aap sab ne dekha ki kis tarah is Raghunath ne sachchhai chupaya hai.. Yeh jaante the ki Purvi ne inka smoker pipe ko inke jeb mei daala magar abhi bhi jab ek nirdosh ko saza ho rahi hai inhe apni image ki padi hai..

Judge : Mr. Khanna, maana ki aap nirdosh hai.. Magar, aapne ek nirdosh ko saza dilana chaha sach jaante hue bhi isliye yeh court aapko yeh saza sunata hai ki aapko 2 lakh bharne honge as a fine kyunki na sirf aapne ek nirdosh ko saza dilane wale the, unka image bhi damage kiya samaaj mei..

Person : Your honour, mai jaanta hu ki meri beti ne galat kiya hai.. Mai iski aor se maafi maangta hu.. Aap please ise riha kar dijiye.. Asli khooni koi aur hai..

Judge : Dekhiye, maana ki aapki beti nirdosh hai magar aapki beti ne evidence hataya hai.. Police ko gumraah kiya hai.. Magar kyunki is footage mei saaf hai ki khooni ne dastane pehne hai, hum aapki saza kam karte hai.. Aapko 5000 Rs./- bharne honge fine ke taur pe..

Person : Ji your honour..

After dealing with court, everyone came out. Person came near Raghunath and said..

Person : Dekhiye Raghunath ji, maana ki aapko meri beti pasand nahi hai, magar aapka koi hak nahi banta hai ki aap meri beti ko phaansi ke fande pe chada de.. Chalo Purvi..

He left along with Purvi not listening any answer from Raghunath..

Kavin : Mujhe aapse yeh umeed nahi tha papa..

Saying this, Kavin also left to a deserted place.
