'Oh shoot! What do i do!? I don't know a single thing about fighthing other than throwing a punch'

I groaned internally, I was biting my lips, a bad habit when I'm stressed, the boy looks like he's in so much pain and i can't do shit cuz I'm a coward. By the time I look back, the boy was on the dirt lying on his back, I silently run to a nearby convenience store to get a few plasters, bandage and ointment, anything that can help treat the boy's injuries. I came back and blanced when i saw the leader beating the boy with a bat and well my body seemed to not see the dangerous situation because before I have time to contemplate on what to do i was already running towards them.

'AHH! SHEEZ! WHATEVER!TO HELL WITH BEING A COWARD!!'

I stood infront of the boy, hands spread out to my side as a way of defending him, but I was shaking to core from fear. No matter how much I want to deck this 'kiyomasa' guy, I can't help but see him as intimidating and naturally I get intimidated. The boy seem to already faint from the assult and I don't blame him, he had it tough.

"Huh? Who the f*ck are you?" The rough voice of 'Kiyomasa' broke through my internal dialogue.

"Aye Kiyomasa she's cute" One of the older boys said....'huh? she?'

HOLD UP!

'I may look a little soft for my liking but I still have a, y'know, in between my legs! Who are you to call me a SHE!? First thing first I . AM. A. HE! Second I'm not cute! Third I know I'm short (I'm sorry if you're tall) but excuse you! Know some respect!! I'm still growing....'

"Oi what are you glaring at" Kiyomasa seem to snap me back to reality.

He glared at me and I almost pissed myself right here and now. That glare was scary, scary as heck. The sky was darkening and I have yet to anwer him.

"I was askin' you a question girl" 'oh sheez what do I say??? Do i just punch him and make a run for it? But i came here for the boy in the first place, ahhhhhh!!!'

"Uhg, u-um p-please don't h-hit him anymore...!" I manage to say before my throat clamp shut again.

"What? you his girlfriend or somethin' ?" Questioned one of the seniors

"N-no I-i'm not-" Before getting cut off by them.

"Then get out of the way unless you want to take the beating for 'im!" Kiyomasa said in a harsher tone of voice.

Just then I heard the boy groan and Kiyomasa shoved me aside. I fell on the ground and stayed there watching his next move. He crouched infront of the bloody and bruised boy.

"The next time Sano-kun's name come out of you mouth, you know what'll happen?" The boy stared and waited for a moment before...
"I'll f*cking kill you."

Scaryyyyy! The fact that he said that with a calm voice and an unchanging expression, sends shivers down my spine. The boy seem to agree with me, seeing the look in his eyes.

"And girl, do that shit again and the same happens." Welp shet.

The boy seem to finally notice me as he glanced at me. The seniors finally left but not without making a few remarks

"See ya 'round cutie!"

"Let's have some fun next time!~"

"Gimme your number next time too!"

Ugh creeps.

Turning towards the boy who seems to be ready to make a run for it I called out to him.

"Hey, uhm, let me take a look at those injuries before you scram."

⊙Takemichi POV⊙

"Hey, uhm, let me take a look at those injuries before you scram."

Turning my attention towards the girl, I finally was able to get a closer look at her. She has a silky looking [long/short] hair with a beautiful [h/c] , her [s/c] seems to add on to her beauty. She has a cute looking face and a pair of beautiful [e/c] . She wore an oversized tie-dye blue shirt with a few highlights here and there and underneath she wore a black long sleaved shirt, to complete the look she wore some baggy jeans. Overall she could pass on as an angel, a goddess even. She looks a little tomboyish too, but definitely one of the prettiest girls I've seen other than Hina of course.

"..ey, Hey!.." Ah her voice is lovely too...

"Oi! Did they injure your head that badly or what!? Snap out of it!"

"Huh! Huh? W-what?"

Coming back to my senses, i looked at her, she was there in all of her glory staring at me with worried eyes before shuffling closer to me while grabbing a plastic bag I didn't notice was there. She reached out to me and touch my face, turning my face to have a closer look at the injuries. Then she searched the plastic bag and took out some wet wipes, a wiped some blood off my face, then she reach in and took some big plasters and stick them to my injuries after she put ointment on them. She proceed to touch my forehead.....?

"Are you having a fever? Your face is red." The angel said..

"Ahh! I-it's nothing! I-i feel a little bit warm thats all! H-hahahah!...ha..." I hurriedly said before trying to cover my face from her and scooting further away.

"Oh well, after what happened to you, I can definitely see why you're unwell, My name is [f/n][l/n] you can call me [M/n]! Nice to meet you....?" Even her name is pretty..!

"Ah! I'm Hanagaki Takemichi! You can call me anything you like...uhm.. It's nice to meet you [M/n]!"

"I see..okay then! I'll call you Take-kun! Hehe, it's nice to meet you  too Take-kun." Oh my godddd!! She's so cuteee!

"Well i need to go back now before mom gets too worried, see you next time Take-kun! Make sure you take care okay!" She got and ran up te stairs then turn around to smile at me before going on her way again.

'Woah I really hope we can see each other again!' Before I remembered my mission and what happened with Kiyomasa-san. The fear came back and I took off running.

⊙M/n POV⊙

I turned back to see Take-kun running to the other direction, now that I think back,'wasn't that the mizo middle school boys uniform?'. Looks like I'm meeting him again sooner than I thought. He was weird tho.

I continued walking the same path thinking about how I should act and planning on what to do before I go home. Suddenly, I saw a black and white vision in my head, of a motorcycle colliding with me a few houses down from where I was on the left and me suffering minor but painful injuries. 'Eh? What was that about ?'. I planned on just ignoring the said vision but my guts are telling me to listen. So I did. Thank god I did, if I didn't stop just now, i would probably be on the ground with cuts on me right now. That motorcycle was fast for no reason and loud. That aside, what was that vision?

I reached home before 9 pm and mom welcomed me warmly, of course not before scolding me for being reckless after I told her about the motorcycle incident, though I didn't want her to know about the delinquents fight. Then the night went on, me eating dinner together with mom and going to bed.

'Alright if this is a sign for me to change, then let's change, we'll start from tomorrow onwards! This should be easy from the knowledge I gain as an adult....right?'
