Hazel's pov

The tall trees passing our way as to our luck, today much of the sun has gotten into the road otherwise this would have been a much more difficult journey if the roads had been slippery..

After we exited from the highway mom was very carefreely driving as the winter breeze warmly welcomed our presence ..

Mom was humming her favourite song which was playing on the car radio as I was looking outside of the shutter while engrossed in my own thoughts..
After our little discussion we both came to the this conclusion,

Honey after longtime we are doing this kind of long drive right? Her words got me as i sat facing her while nodding with a quiet tone

"Are you upset?"she said shifting her gaze towards me

"Ahmm no mom, just I'm a little nervous.."

"Honey I'm sorry baby but you know i don't have any choice "

"I know mom I'm not upset with you nor angry with you you don't have to apologize and I'm more than thankful for having a mom like you .you are the best and you are the all I have" my shuttering voice flickered her attention to me..

"Ohh..my baby ..you are a very young lady now and I want you to enjoy your university life always ,and as I promised i will stay until the interview then I have to go back Honey.."

"So mom I have an idea, let's have our lunch in a good restaurant and we can rest a bit. You are continuously driving for 3 hours now.."

Saying I got my phone to search for a decent restaurant for us to take lunch.. These occasions are very rare in our life ,mom always avoids long drives because it's exhausting as at the same time she is always worrying about my safety. That's fair enough because without dad mom raised me with so much difficulties..
Scrolling through the phone my eyes got a nice place to have lunch..

It's very rare for us to dine outside. Most of the time mom has to work and I had school so when I get the chance I have to choose the best place with delicious food.
My dull mood went away with the breeze as I scrolled through to find more about the place, such a cozy and fancy place with a real beautiful environment.
This would be the best..
"Mom see this place nice "

Extending my phone to her I showed my eyes caught in place as she thumbs up..

Okay putting the address to the GPS I faced to the mom's direction

"Mom, what do you know about uncle collin and Hayden?"

"Ahmm suddenly why honey? "

"Noo so now I'm going to live with them I wanted to know more about them so then it will easy for me to adjust to there"

Collin is not more different than Kathy .. both of them are the sweetest souls I had get to know,even though he is a very successful wellknown businessman now, his carefree self hasn't changed a bit..

As i know mom and aunt kathi are childhood friends like me and Tash and both went to same university and then they found their husbands from there, according to mom dad and uncle collin are best friends..

First dad fell in love with mom and then uncle Collin is the one who has supported dad..then he's attention caught aunt kathi as she was mom's best friend then they fell in love even before mom and dad..Their old love stories are very interesting and very pure. The Way they share their letters ,time is not the same as now. The technology is very poor. No phone no social media , only letters did the conversations..

Mom really loves to tell her old stories and her precious memories..

"About haydn when last time I met him he was very little child but now he may have grown into very handsome young man around 23 probably..and according to aunt Kathi he is mostly in his Apartment than their home"
