Chapter 28

Hazel's pov

The following day came fast  but I didn't dare to step out from my room even it's already 10 in the morning. I kept snuggled into my soft comforter until I heard a knock on my door. My eyes shot open and I sat straight on the bed focusing on the sound.

"sweetie are you awake?"A relief washed over me as I heard aunt's voice. Why did you expect another one? My inner dirty mocked me,I thought it was him.he was messing with my brain so much.mentally cursing I got down from the bed to unlock the door. Did you just curse? My inner dirty mocked me again.I just simply rolled my eyes over her and  took hurried steps to the door and opened it. aunt stood there with a presentable morning smile on her face but her expression changed after seeing me..

"Are you okay sweetie? Are you sick? "She examined my face then touched my forehead with her right hand. The continuous lack of sleep must have caused some tiredness in me.heavy eye bags were there when I touched my face lightly.

"No aunt I'm fine,it's just I didn't get much sleep" I said with a smile to assure her.

"Haz if you don't have any special things to do,can we do some shopping ?" Her eyes were full of excitement as she let out those words..

"Ohh I love it" I said putting the same weight on my word, I'm always ready for shopping with aunt as it was one of my favourite things.
"Okay..then afterwords we can go to spa then also  goto some ice cream too.Aunt said while dancing with a happy smile. Sometimes her young spirit amazed me.

"Okay I'm so excited" I said , giving her my toothy smile.

"Then let's meet downstairs at 11.00am get ready sweety "saying she walked away while humming a one direction's song..wait what aunt also a one of their fan.I was looking at her back with awe but then my sudden happiness died seeing his closed door..is he not there?my eyes peek through a little to search. Why are you missing him?My inner dirty mocked me and I shrugged my shoulders in negative..why should I miss that evil devil? I mocked her back and moved to the bathroom taking my room to take shower as I wanted to get ready fast.

I wore simple short pants and a crop top and put my hair into a high ponytail. My hair has gotten so long now it's almost touching my waist. I should get a haircut,may be I have to ask from aunt to take me to a saloon.after applying little bit of my nude colour lip balm I hurried to the downstairs not forgetting to take my phone and put my mastercard inside the phone back cover.

passing the corridor my eyes traveled back to his door ,it was locked. It seems he has left already isn't that obvious dummy. It's already 11 a clock ..you was hiding in your room all this time.. I mentally smiled at my victory .I must avoid him at any cost because this man will not do any good for me.

I reached the kitchen and saw Martha was doing some dishes. To my embarrassed My tummy growled suddenly, taking her attention .I sheepishly looked at her Eww this stupid tummy always make me embarrassed. she sweetly smiled at me.

"Ohh young miss I was about to come and check on you with your breakfast"..she said with a concerned voice bringing me the fact that I hadn't had my breakfast. 

"I slept late today "i said with a small smile while scratching the back of my neck.She politely smiled while giving me a plate of cheese and egg sandwiches.

"Thank you Martha" I said while taking one to my hand and took a mouth full of bite.she placed an orange juice in front of me with a kind smile..

After I was done eating I heard aunt was calling my name. With a goodbye to marth I exited the kitchen and walked towards the living room.
