[War's pov ]

'Shall I make tea? '
I asked, trying to avoid the topic he was trying to bring up.

'Yes please'
He answered after a while.

We sat in silence while we drink tea.
Until

'So why are you avoiding me? '

'I-I didn't'

He stares at me for a while.

'Because of the kiss? '

I choked on my tea. I didn't think he would ask directly. I was wrong.

Quietly, I collect our tea cups and placed it in the sink and clean them. I felt him standing behind me and when I turned around, my eyes met a pair of beautiful dark orbs.

I was about to move away but his strong arms trapped me on the kitchen counter. He bend forward at stared directly at my eyes. Feeling like he has seen through me, I got nervous. I looked anywhere but those eyes.

'Kitten.. was it your first kiss? '  he asked
I could sense a hint of playful tone and happiness in his voice.

'No' 

'What? '

"Uhm it's not my first kiss? "

"Oh. Who was it? "

"Why? So you think you'd really be the first person I've ever liked? Pfft"

"You like me? "

Oh Shit. What did I just say!?

"N-no? "

"But you just said you it"

"I didn't. Must have heard it wrong haha"

I took the chance and slip off from him while he looked like he's thinking.

I cooked dinner and while I was in the kitchen I heard him on the phone. He sound as busy as ever.

After a while, I knocked the door to his office.

"Come in"

"Oh I didn't know you're on phone, I'll come back later"

"No it's okay. What is it? "

"Uhm shall I prepare dinner? "

"Eat it without me, I'll eat later"

"Is everything okay? "

"Yes, everything's fine, there's just some works which needed corrections here and there"

"I'll wait for you"

"No, it's fine, eat it"

"Okay.. Call me if you anything"

"Sure kitten"

He looked at me and his little smile is enough to make my heart flutter.
