Thalia's POV

"THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS!" Thalia shouted as she read the note they'd been delivered by a guard.

"What?" Reyna asked, sounding both wary and slightly annoyed.

"They went to Sally's café without us!" Thalia said, summing up the little note quickly.

"THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS!" Reyna shouted, leaping off of the mattress and onto her feet.

"Yeah, I already said that, RARA." Thalia replied with a small smile.

"Doesn't mean I don't get to say it as well." Reyna muttered. "Son of a bitch! They went to that amazing place without us?"

"Well, this note does say "come over if you want to join us", so I guess they're inviting us?" Thalia mentioned.

"Hmm..." Reyna pondered for a moment. "Gimme that." She said, pouting and making grabby hands towards the paper.

Thalia laughed and handed her the small note, wondering how she could go from completely pissed off to a cute little puppy in seconds, something she'd seen all day since they'd been left alone.

Reyna closely inspected the paper as if it were the map to El Dorado, before looking up with a gleam of excitement in her eyes.

"Yes, Rey, we can get the jellybeans." Thalia sighed, already knowing what Reyna was going to ask.

No less than an instant after she had stopped talking, there was a squeal of excitement and she was tackled to the floor by Reyna.

"Honestly, you and your jellybeans." Thalia sighed, trying to breathe with most of Reyna's weight on her chest. "Rey- you know I love when- when you're on top- b- but I'd like to breathe." She choked out.

She breathed in deeply as Reyna did a half-push-up to allow Thalia to breathe again. "Oh I know you love it when I'm on top." Reyna said with a smirk. "Your m-" Thalia covered Reyna's mouth to spare herself from blushes, even though there was no one around to see them.

"How about we go to Sally's café, and we don't mention what we did here." Thalia suggested, trying to get up, but failing as Reyna held her down.

"Yeah, I guess it would disgust them slightly, seeing as we all share this room." Reyna said, finally getting up. "Let's go!" She exclaimed, suddenly turning into the excitable little child again and running to the door. "Race ya!"

"Oh you're on." Thalia laughed, chasing after her as well.

They raced out of the palace, saying a quick goodbye to Poseidon and Amphitrite, before the chase continued through the streets of Atlantis.

Thalia knew there was no chance Reyna would beat her fair and square. She'd always been the fastest and most agile person in their friend group, and that would never change.

She purposely slowed slightly as she pulled alongside Reyna to tease her, before deciding there was something better and faster she could do.

As she wasn't running at full speed, she could think a bit, and judged the rough direction of the café from where they were.

As they rounded another corner, she quickly picked up Reyna and leapt into the air, letting the winds throw her further upwards and forwards and causing them to fly over the city.

"If you're expecting me to scream, I won't!" Reyna shouted over the rushing wind. She wasn't lying. In fact, she looked like she was rather enjoying it. "You're the one who's supposed to be afraid of heights!"

"Well I've learned to control that!" Thalia shouted back. Truthfully, she hadn't, but Reyna made her feel safe, and she didn't want to waste any time getting to Sally's.

"Don't lie to me, it won't work." Reyna said as they landed softly in front of the door. "Why did you do that if you're afraid of heights?"

"Well, like Percy needs to control his powers, I need to control my fears, and I though why not do it with the person who makes me feel safe?" Thalia explained, hesitating to enter, as she didn't want to talk about something so private in front of everyone.

"Well I'll gladly help." Reyna replied with a smile, pushing open the door to the café.

"There they are!" Percys familiar voice rang through the empty café.

"Certainly took you long enough." Eliana muttered as they made their way over to the counter where she was standing to get some food. "Was the sex that good?" She asked quietly.

Thalia felt her face heat up and ignored the question, thankful that the others were at a table that wasn't exactly close to the counter so they couldn't hear.

"Ok, I'm genuinely interested, how do you always know?" Reyna asked.

"A magician never reveals her secrets." Eliana replied with a wink. "Also, Thalia has a hickey on her neck, so you might want to cover that up." She added as she turned around to grab the jellybean glass.

Thalia was about to look around frantically, but Reyna put a hand on her's and shook her head. "The only hickeys I left can't be seen with the clothes she's wearing right now." She said confidently. "Now gimme." She added, grabbing the jar of jellybeans.

"Thank the gods I'm not staying in that room." Eliana muttered with a smile as they walked over to the table at which their friends were sat.

One of the advantages of being the children of the owner was that Percy and Eliana could enter whenever they wanted and eat, even on, like that day, Sundays.

"What took you so long?" Piper asked as they sat down.

"Oh, I was just doing some stuff." Reyna replied calmly.

"Really? I didn't know you changed your name to "stuff", captain!" Nico exclaimed with a smirk.

"Fuck you." Thalia shot back.

"Fuck Reyna is what you did." Piper and Percy said simultaneously.

"I hate all of you." Thalia muttered.

"Love you too, Captain!" Will chuckled.

"I can't believe you talk to your captain like that." Jason said, looking slightly distraught but entertained at the same time.

"Why not?" Calypso asked. "Is there something in the redcoat handbook about not teasing your captain?"

"Play nice, Caly." Thalia said.

"No, but it's respect." Frank replied calmly. "Also, Reyna would've chopped our heads off if we ever tried something like that with her."

"Yeah, well I guess that's the only drawback of growing up with your crew members. They know you in and out." Thalia chuckled with a mixture of happiness and annoyance.

"And it's not like she doesn't tease us all the time." Percy added. "She spends most of the time making fun of us as well, so it all evens itself out."

"That does sound like a load of fun." Leo commented as he continued to fiddle with some copper wires, as he'd been doing for the entire time Thalia had been in the café.

"Trust me, it is." Reyna said.

Suddenly, the bell above the door rang, signalling someone was entering.

Thalia turned and saw a familiar girl with emerald eyes and French braids enter the café, followed by a boy with messy brown hair and blue eyes.

"Guess who's back, back again!"
