Unexpected love

Chapter 7

Y/n's POV:

It's been 3 says since you reunited with Gloxinia and you've never felt more alive. Zeldris told you the true killer of your Father, Meliodas. You felt angered to the core that he lied to you about that and you wanted to get your revenge.

You, Melascula, and Dereri became best friends in an instant. You all practically bonded and now you're inseparable. Gloxinia always made sure that he fulfilled his spare time into spending it with me.

You were being chased by Gloxinia, who was determined to win at a game of tag. The other commandments didn't care, they never really do. The only person who was watching was Zeldris. You would be lying if you said he didn't make you feel uncomfortable.

Gloxinia grabbed you with a laugh before tickling you to death. You laughed uncontrollably,
" That's not fair! You have wings, I don't!"

He chuckled,
" Yes you do, you just don't know how to bring them out yet,"

You rolled your eyes playfully as he let you go. He scooped you up by using his green tentacle things, causing you to giggle at the sudden action.

Zeldris rolled his eyes before walking over to you both with a frown,
" I don't see much practice or training going on here,"

You rolled your eyes at his words, knowing how grumpy and stubborn he is. He's nothing like Meliodas,
" It's called having fun, something that you'll never understand,"

Gloxinia tried not to laugh, but failed. Zeldris snapped his attention towards him in irritation. He was about to strike a punch at him to show him who's boss, but you caught his fist before it touched him.

You glared at him, your eyes changing to their angel/demon look,
" Touch him, you die,"

Zeldris growled in annoyance before walking away and went inside, slamming the door behind him in the process. Everyone except you starting laughing, even Monspeet laughed. Dereri walked over to you before ruffling your hair,
" You're the first one to ever confront Zeldris! You really are my bestie,"

Gloxinia thanked you with an amused smile, glad to see that you're all grown up.

Zeldris POV:

He was watching Y/n and Gloxinia having fun in the garden and he hated the sight. He couldn't help but feel jealous that you weren't with him. He wanted to be with you. For the past 3 days, he's caught feelings for you, feelings stronger than what he had with Glenda.

He watched him tickle you, creating the most laughter he's ever heard from you. He felt angered and irritated by the sight. He let his emotions control him and walked over,
" I don't see much practice or training going on here,"

She rolled her eyes, surprising him, but his frown still remained. Nobody had ever stood against him before. You were the first one.

She stated,
" Its called having fun. Something you'll never understand,"

He noticed Gloxinia trying to hold in his laugh, which only fuelled his anger further. He was about to punch him, to teach him a lesson but Y/n caught his fist.

Her eyes changed colour, intimidating him slightly. Her aura radiated something he's never come across before. The last time he felt this intimidated was when he last met his Father.

" Touch him, you die,"

He walked away with an irritated look, hating the fact that a simple girl like you scared him. He loved that girl there was no doubt.
