(20) He Wants Visitation??

A week later 

"Mrs Caravello?" A man said inside Emma's office 

"Yes that's me." She said 

"You've been served." He said and walked out. 

She was confused as she opened up the envelope. As she began to read the documents she saw that Bucky not only was requesting a DNA test. But if the test did come back that Harper was his he would be proceeding with custody papers.

"Oh my fucking God." She whispered as she read over the documents. 

She grabbed her keys and purse told the others that she would be back. She made her way to NYC to Bucky's office. One of the many assistants led her to the elevators that goes straight to the CEO floor. 

She found Bucky's office and went straight in. She slammed the door he looked up and looked back down at the paperwork he was working on. 

"Visitation? You really think that I will allow my daughter to go over where you and that low life brother of yours lives." She says 

Bucky just ignored her as he continued to work. 

"I won't agree to any custody agreement James. You haven't been apart of her life she doesn't even know you. How am I suppose to explain to her that. All she's ever know is Vin. We met him when she was barely 4." She said 

He continued to ignore her. "Answer me.." she said 

Bucky stood up and walked over to his office door. "I don't have to answer anything you have questions you can talk to my lawyer." He said as he opened the door.

"You son of a Bitch.." she said she was about to say something else but he slammed the door in her face. 

Two days later Emma took Harper to get the DNA test done. On the way there she explained to her 12 year old daughter what happened between her and Bucky. She understood her mom's reasoning for keeping her away from Bucky. 

The results came back in that Harper was 100% Bucky's daughter. So Bobbi and Emma's lawyer proceeded with the custody battle.
