A week later
"Ms Rochester..you have a delivery." Her assistant said
The delivery guy brought red roses and a teddy bear. She pulled the card over the roses and all it said was "Call me..JBB."
She smiled as she shook her head as she found her cellphone.
"Hello.." he said
"Using old tactics I see.." she said
"It got you to call me." He said
"It also got you a date to HOCO.." she said
Bucky smiled at the memory of their first date which was sophomore year HOCO.
"What are you doing Saturday night?" He said
"Hmm..Nicola and Matteo are with my sister and her kids. Harper is supposed to be with you so nothing." She said
"What if I asked you to have dinner with me on Saturday?" He said
"I would love that. But what about Harper?" She said
"She wants to stay with my parents this weekend. So I'm free too." He said
"Then let's go to dinner." Emma said
He smiled. "It's a date.." he said
"It's a date." Emma said as she smiled
That Saturday night they went to the Capital Grille. Bucky fed her their dessert he was affectionate and solely focused on her. After dinner he kissed her as he cupped both of her cheeks.
"Give me a second chance baby?" He whispered.
She smiled at him. "I thought that was obvious. You've kissed me twice now." She said with a smile and he kissed her again as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
