she grins at hueningkai's bright voice at the beginning of the song. her energy immediately lifts, making her start her homework on a cheery note.
after an hour or so, she finished it.
chaeyoung let out a sigh as she walks downstairs determined to find a snack.
her dad sat on the couch while talking to someone on video. after looking in the closet full of snacks, chaeyoung settled for a small bag of chips. while taking the first bite, she figured out her aunt's voice.
the girl walked to stand from behind her dad and wave at her, smiling widely at her while eating her chips.
the older's woman face lits up when she sees the young girl, "chaeyoung honey!" she grins while calling out her name, "how is ice skating going?" she asks.
