Ice Age: Collision Course

Chapter 1: The Thing

The universe... a vast expanse of space and matter. It includes all that we see and all that we know. Since the beginning of time, we've wondered how it came to be. A gloriously orchestrated plan? A chance series of events? Or something much, much... dumber?

And so it begins...

One day, Manny and Peaches were playing ice hockey as Crash and Eddie were kind of annoying

"Its a beautiful day out here on the ice as father meets daughter in a quest for hockey supremacy" Crash said

"It's Peaches meets Manny" Eddie said

"Mammoth meets mammoth" Crash added

"Mano a mano" Eddie continued

"Meema me moo-ma" Crash replied

"Mama may mee-mee" Eddie replied

"Will you two quit it?" Manny asked as he skated past them on the ice

"M-okay" Crash sighed

"Meanie" Eddie scolded at Manny

"The blazing mammoth takes it on the breakaway. There's never been a player so tough, so graceful" Manny said as he slid the puck over the ice while skating

"So desperate to score" Peaches smirked as she stood in front of the goal

"He fakes right. He fakes left" Manny said as he skated

"He fakes knowing how to play" Peaches smirked as she used her quick reflexes and took the puck from Manny with her hockey stick

"Huh?" Manny asked as he turned around to face his daughter

"What's wrong? Lose something?" Peaches asked with a smirked

"Hey, what's that stink I smell out here? It's Manny! Hey, hey. It's Manny! Whoo! You stink!" Crash and Eddie both cheered

"Okay, Fuzzball. Let's see what you got" Manny chuckled deviously as he stood in front of the goal

"You asked for it" Peaches replied as she skated towards the goal with the puck

As soon as she stopped, a pile of snow came onto Manny's face as she hit the puck into the goal

"Yes! She dominates! Again" Peaches laughed as Manny wiped the snow off his face

"Oh, please. I went easy on you. It's called good parenting" Manny replied

"Yeah, right. Face it. I rule the ice now" Peaches smiled

"Oh, you talk a big game, hotshot. All right, how about best of three?" Manny asked as they heard someone exclaiming, they turned to see Julian with Noa and Kai

Noa had new clothes that Kai has made for her since they were together, since it was getting colder

"Whoo-hoo! Yes! Touchdown!" Julian cheered as he jumped onto the ice while nearly slipping as Noa and Kai joined him

"Wait, no, that's not right. No touchdown. What is it? Uh, hole-in-one! Whoo!" Julian cheered as he slid across the ice

"Julian!" Peaches exclaimed happily as Julian accidentally bumped into Manny as Manny grunted
