***A/N***

I decided to have a little fun wit this part. All of the names mentioned below, except Lyric and Nichi, are from other fandoms. Let me know which ones you recognize!

"And that concludes our presentation on why Y/N Washington de Lafayette and Theodosia Bartow Burr are two of America's most iconic historical figures," Lyric said with a bow.

Nichi clicked off the PowerPoint and looked at their class, who all had varying expressions of shock. "Any questions?"

The class was silent until one boy slowly raised his hand to ask his question.

"While the presentation was good, and you can tell the two of you did your research, you do know that the project was on who we thought the most influential President was, right?" he tentatively said.

Lyric ran a hand down her face and sighed. "Yes, Nagisa, we know that. Our presentation was made to show how George Washington's allowing women in war lead to an era of progressive chaos in the United States and Europe."

Nichi nodded, backing up her friend. "Exactly! Without Y/N and Theodosia's determination to do what they wanted when they thought it was the right thing, women today would have a lot less rights."

Another student, Sokka, raised his hand to speak. "You do know, that ninety percent of the things they did were illegal, right?"

And with that, the class broke into debate over the actions of Y/N and Theodosia. The more violent students, like Zoro, Toph, and Karma were on the side of the two women. Katara, Tenya, and Leonardo were the most vocal students that argued the women should have remained in line with the laws and gender roles of the times.

And of course, there were other students, like Aang, who saw the value in both arguments and willed the rest of the class to at least be calm enough to hear each other out.

Ruffnut, Tuffnut, and Luffy, however, encouraged the chaos.

Desks and chairs flew across the classroom as the students physically separated themselves into two groups. Lyric and Nichi remained at the front of the classroom, basking in the wake of their presentation-turned-debate.

"We did great," Nichi proudly stated.

Lyric gave her a high five. "Heck yeah we did."

The girls turned to their teacher. "What do you think, Mr. Iroh?"

The old man smiled. "I think the two of you did a wonderful job! You showed that a father's lenience can shape a nation. But, it seems the class would like to debate the subject."

A hand ran over his beard. "Those in favor of the actions of the two women may go first."

Lyric stepped up. "Theodosia and Y/N were the first women to fight in the Revolutionary War, and inspired their daughters Theodosia Burr de Lafayette and Tamara de Lafayette Hamilton to fight in the war of 1812, both of which became generals."

Tenya stood up to oppose her, making chopping motions with his arm as he spoke. "While that may be true, Theodosia and Georges de Lafayette enlisted the help of their personal friends from France to help with the war, endangering that country!"

"But were they, or were they not, awesome at what they did?"

"Lyric!" That was Katara. "That is not the point! Theodosia and Y/N were incredibly irresponsible! Breaking people out of enemy camps? Out of the Bastille? Threatening President Adams in the Whitehouse?"

"And?" Toph countered. "It was awesome. And they both should have done more stabbing in my opinion. Hamilton got off easy."

That sparked another debate, bringing up Alexander Hamilton's questionable parenting and the poems his son Philip wrote about growing up without his father's presence.
