Summary: Draco and Y/n had been dating since year 5 and they dated up until the end of year 7 when they decided to get engaged and move to the muggle world to start new but a year into them living in the muggle world, all the stress of new jobs and them being purebloods didn't help their struggle in the muggle world and they started fighting and in the heat of the fight they broke up and them both being stuck up arseholes never came back to apologize to each other but they both knew how much they missed each other, and today one of their muggle friends Jordy has been out for a whole year for work and had come back home to London and because of his absence he wanted to host a party for his friends and him being gone he wasn't aware of Draco and  Y/n's breakup so he invited them both...let's see what happens?....

Y/n's POV...

I walked into Jordy's big ass house, yup he is one rich fucker-

I walked into some classic music playing as people walked around greeting each other the richer you are the more "friends" you have I guess because there were like 457 people in here pretty sure,

I walk in with my best friend Kylie behind me although we are best friends she doesn't know about my past according to her I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and went to New York to study art and get a bachelors degree, and moved to Ottawa to start my art and animation career in a pretty well known art institute...yeah I guess I was an artist at Hogwarts and with the help of magic I have this fancy job it is fun though,

And according to her me and Draco met in New York while studying and started dating for 3 years and then moved to Ottawa together to follow our career paths and stay together and soon we both got stressed with work we broke up because of anger...there is some truth there,

I continue my steps in as I greeted some of our mutual friends, I continued my steps when someone tapped my shoulder, I turned around to find,

Jordy stood I was maybe like 2-3 inches taller than him it's always them short ones who get rich-

"Hey!" Greeted Jordy shaking my hand,

"Hey, how've you been lately" I asked brightly,

"Meh- you know a lot of work to do for a year but hey I am gonna take a break and wanted to see my friends" he smiled at me,

"That's great!" I replied as I just noticed Kylie was flirting with Jordy's friend who had followed Jordy here to greet us...how does she do that-

"So! Where's Draco? Was thinking of stealing him from you for a bit so we could go hit some drinks" he asked looking around,

"Um why would I know where Draco is?...and Draco is here?..." I asked kindly but also confused,

"Oh you guys didn't come together that's weird I remember last time you both would stick to each other like koalas" he laughed,

"Funny...very funny but seriously I don't know if you know but me and Draco broke up right around when you left" I updated him on the news,

"Oh...oh- I am sooo sorry if I'd known I wouldn't have- I am so sorry" he apologized,

"No it's ok it's been a year I'll be fine" I said smiling at him,

"Oh ok well I am gonna go say hi to others, enjoy the party!" He said as his friend followed him, Kylie finally looked at me,

"What was he apologizing for?" She asked as she wasn't paying attention,

"Well...um well he invited Draco..." I hesitantly told her she HATED Draco although it wasn't his fault for our break we both broke up with each other in the heat, flashes of that night came in my head,

"You know what?!? I am sick and tired of having a relationship with your answering machine Y/n!" Yelled Draco,

"And I am tired of you bickering about you not getting enough attention!" I yelled back, I didn't mean it but I was angry, and stressed,

"Well I am tired of us!" He yelled back,

"Ok then let's end it and put us both out of our misery" I yelled not meaning my words again,

"Ugh yes please it'll lift SOME burden off at least!" He yelled as he grabbed his coat waking out of  our or what used to be our apartment,

Now it's mine he lives in the same city although way across form where I live since his work was still here,

I sighed pushing that memory to the back of my head I could never get rid of it though,

I looked at Kylie as she ranted on about what she'd do if she actually saw Draco taking to me,

I chuckled shaking my head looking around the party bored, when my eyes landed on a particular head which stood out from most of the brunettes platinum blond hair...shit-

He looked hot- STOP, Kylie noticed my gaze at him,

"Oh no no no no no! We are not! Doing that! None of that!" She said turning my attention back to her,

"Oh please like I actually want him" I said but the truth was I did want him, and to this day I know I didn't mean any of my words...but did he?

"Ok well Lews! Is eyeing me and I am gonna go work my magic but please promise me you won't go near that asshole" she pleaded,

"I will stay 10ft away from him" I beamed her a smile,

"Good...ok I am gonna go get railed now bye-" she said as she walked off to him fixing her dress,

I shook my head chucking taking a sip of my drink as my eyes met Draco's, I choked on my drink, he was looking at me shit-

His look was just so ughhh rail me- STOP

"I will stay 10ft away from him" I mumbled to myself,

Our lips moved in sync as our bodies grinded against each other in one of the guest rooms, ok maybe I didn't stay 10ft away from him,
