CHAPTER 25 || late

"You can walk around but don't go far , I'm watching you" Jimin gave Hoseok a stern look , the younger nodded "yes sir" before he spun around on his heel straightening his blazer "this is master's big moment I cannot afford to make him look bad , I must be on my best behavior" he muttered to himself as he walked through the crowd of people

He looked down on his clothes , never has he worn so many layers . It was quite uncomfortable for him but it seemed to be the norm as every male in his vicinity had been wearing something similar

Jimin told him he had to dress this way if he was to go somewhere formal and he should act accordingly , from what the younger understood master's company had a huge spike in sale and they thought it would be only best for a celebration

as he was about to walk to the food section of the party someone bumped into him "oh dear" they chuckled "I'm sorry , are you okay?" They asked

Hoseok who had flown to the floor looked up at the girl who wore a apologetic grin "i'm fine" he muttered standing with her help "I've never seen you here before , are you new or from another company perhaps?" She asked tilting her head as her eyes searched his face

"Oh no I'm with jimin" he says as he unintentionally spotted yoongi and snow drinking together looking out at the people chattering amongst themselves "do you mean the boss?" She asked her eyes slightly widening

Hoseok's eyes darted back to her "yes" , suddenly people began to gravitate to the sides of the dance floor and more upbeat songs started to play "oh it's that time of night" she chucked "do you want to dance?" She asked , hoseok's eyes darted between her and yoongi who'd also spotted him , starring back intently

"Do you not know how to? I can show you" she insisted , the younger's eyes made its way back to her "you can teach me to dance?" He asked , she nodded humming "it's easy , you'll learn in no time"

She took his hand and brought him into the middle of the dance floor , Hoseok blushed immensely "they're so many people looking" she cooed at his cuteness

"What are they doing?" Yoongi cocked a brow sipping his drink already tipsy , snow tucked a strand of hair behind her ear "dancing , well she's teaching him how to" she explained without much trouble

"Were you eavesdropping?" Yoongi glanced at her , snow smirked "it's not really eavesdropping if I can't help that I can hear everyone's conversations" she shrugged before downing a shot

"I'm going to find someone to dance with , maybe you should do the same and stop being so gloomy" she poked his cheek before walking away disappearing within seconds

"I agree , you should really stop being so gloomy yoongs" Jimin smirked taking a drink off a tray as the waiter passed , yoongi doing the opposite by putting down his empty glass . The older rolled his eyes "Oh look what the dog dragged in"

"isn't it look what the cat dragged in?" the younger asked cocking a brown "I said dog because i'm a cat and I wouldn't be dragging in trash like you" yoongi winked , Jimin looked down at his drink before downing all of it

He placed down the glass and grabbed yoongi's hand pulling him into the crowd of dancing sweaty bodies "time to dance kitty" he smirked wrapping his arms around the older's neck

Without hesitation yoongi rested his hands on jimin's hips as they swayed , starring down at him

Jimin knew what he did was impulsive but he didn't mind , maybe if he was in the right state of mind he'd care but right now it was just him and yoongi , all around him was just blurred faces that didn't matter

When Jimin looked up into yoongi's eyes Everything slowed , the music , breathing , movements but somehow his heart managed to do the opposite by speeding up

A familiar feeling came over him as yoongi's hand wondered his body

The older couldn't stop himself , it's as if his body had a mind of its own . he wasn't complaining though deep down he knew this would lead to something sinful , something he'd regret

As their faces inched closer together before any of them could stop themselves it was already too late
